Four Seasons Appliance Repair

This company should not be in the business of repairing any appliances.
I had a problem with my refrigerator and they had to come twice and each time they diagnosed wrong. i had to pay $ 45. I researched internet and didn’t believe what they daignosed.
I had to call other companies to come and check and the manufacturer’s tech «SubZero» and another company who was the authorized dealer both diagnosed the same thing which was the same thing on internet if you search.
They don’t know anything about Subzero appliance for sure.
I am not sure why and who would want to ever use them?
Please don’t.

if there had been an option for 0 stars that is what i would have rated these people. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional group of people in my life. My experience was extremely similar to another review in which the repair man promised things and then completely stopped picking up the phone. To make a long story short… my microwave was not ready by thanksgiving, not ready by Christmas (service had already been paid in full– it was not cheap) repair man promised to have a microwave working by Christmas eve «even if he had to buy one for us to borrow himself» and never again picked up the phone. dealt with customer service for a month and all they would say is that they would call me back. I also got hung up on on numerous occasions. This nightmare started mid November. I finally called my credit card company today (Jan 6^th) and I am happy to say that they are now dealing with it. Should have done it from the very beginning.

I have called this guy twice now. Once to repair my mothers refrigerator and now to repair our 17yr old workhorse Kenmore washer. Both times he was fast and fair priced. In the case of my mothers refrigerator time was of the essence so that she didn’t lose hundreds of dollars worth of food. I can’t figure out why he has only 2 reviews and they are both terrible. I have had a good and professional experience with this business and was pleased to have met the owner when he serviced our washer. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

I first called this business to repair my refrigerator one month ago. They responded quickly and without hesitation I had them fix it. The technician came out, figured out he needed to order a computer part for the fridge and he’d be back the next day. Fair enough. He came back the next day and got it cooling again. Next few days after, we noticed the light would only sometimes come on when opening the door and there was water leaking from where the water filter goes. I removed the filter and ordered a new one figuring it maybe just clogged. I never installed the new filter because the refrigerator stopped cooling again.
long story short, I called the technician several times who «promised» me he’d get my refrigerator working. he came out several times usually at dinner time, if at all, to tinker with the fridge. my husband finally asked the technician to leave and for a refund after he showed up past 7 pm. I scheduled a major appliance store/​repair business to come out the next day. My husband called the owner of Four Seasons to get our money back, but the owner claimed he did not know about the problems we were having with his tech. He asked us to let him come over and fix it. He came over, tinkered with it, took a part out and said he’d order one and come back next day to fix it (sound familiar?) Needless to say, he did not come, has not returned our phone calls or our $ 350 dollars. Do not waste your time. They obviously don’t think your time is valuable.

The good: They a priced fair and respond quickly.
The bad: They came to my house to fix a Whirlpool appliance but when they saw what was wrong with it didn’t know how to fix it. I still had to pay the $ 30. If you don’t know the appliance, then don’t accept the job!
