This company has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. My property management company uses them and I was told to set up an appointment to have them come fix my dishwasher. They did not show up for the appointment, no one answered their phone, and I was not called back until my property management company contacted them the next day. So after they apologized profusely I agreed to set up another appointment. Guess what? They didn’t show up AGAIN. Again I tried to call the company and NO ONE PICKED UP. Do NOT use this company. I have wasted over 6 hours of my life waiting around for them. I’m sure there are many better options in San Diego.

They came to my apartment to fix a leaky fridge in just a few hours. He had the drain tube to the evaporator tray unclogged and everything put back together in about 20 min, so he prorated the service charge for me.
Good, honest company, and they sell appliances, too, so if you are looking to outfit a new home you may want to check them out first and save big.
