History

Established in 2010.

When my wife and moved to San Diego from Hawaii in 2010, I decided to take my years of experience in the building industry as a contractor and become a certified home inspector through CREIA (California Real Estate Inspection Association). I created Foresight Building Inspection with a specific mission to serve our clients and provide them with knowledge they need to make the best decision regarding their home. A reliable home inspection company is a great asset to any home buyer, seller, or owner. In 2011, we expanded to provide certified mold inspections and home safety inspections. Business Owner

Sean Kinney is a CA licensed contractor and owner of Safe Home San Diego, a home safety contracting company for Children, Seniors, and Persons with Disabilities. As the need for home safety increases in the home due to newly arrived children, age, or disabilities, home modifications are often necessary for comfort, accessibility, and safety. In 2010, he founded Foresight Building Inspection, became a member of CREIA (the California Real Estate Inspection Association) and later a Certified CREIA Home Inspector. As a home inspector, he quickly saw the need to expand his home inspection company to include home safety inspections and mold inspections. His main goal is for home owners to have a safe home here in San Diego, La Jolla, Clairemont, Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, Carmel Valley, Del Mar, Encinitas, Rancho Santa Fe, Coronado, Chula Vista, Spring Valley, Ramona, Rancho Bernardo, Escondido, Del Cerro, Point Loma, Mira Mesa, Linda Vista, Encinitas, Julian, Poway, and more.
