We offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack options. If you have any allergies we have Paleo, Dairy Free, Gluten Free, or Vegetarian options.

Business Owner

Michelle Weinstein a former financial expert working as a financial analyst for an accounting/​financial firm realized this was not her passion any longer. Her inherent passion has always been nutrition and fitness, which thus lead her to create her vision, FITzee Foods.

Building on her experience on the online business Michelle decided to branch out into a retail store and created the first FITzee Foods store 5 years ago. FITzee Foods having a store front has taken FITzee to the next level and has become a resource to the community for healthy living & helping people change their lives one meal at a time. FITzee now has 3 retail locations in San Diego and also ships Nationwide!

In the world of fitness, macro counting, paleo options, etc., sometimes you don’t want to think about when and how you’re going to eat healthy. Concepts like FITzee Foods is starting to take the nutrition world by storm, and I’m loving it. I was visiting SD recently and in wanting a healthy and well portioned sized meal for breakfast and lunch, I came across FITzee Foods that was conveniently located down the street from my hotel. Located within Nutrition Zone, this was a fabulous option and they segment their meals by breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I picked up a small Paleo Breakfast Hash N Eggs with Chicken Sausage for breakfast and small Paleo Lemon Herb Chicken for lunch, these were great options to take with me while I was on the go. They come in a small, medium, and large sized portions, and their nutrition info is readily available on MyFitnessPal and on their website. I will DEFINITELY be back here when I’m in SD again!

Living in a hotel downtown for 30 days is not the best if you are trying to eat a little healthier. Fortunately, I found this great meal prep place that has some good alternatives for meals. This is my first time trying a meal prep company and I am pleasantly surprised. The portions are great for me and the taste is even better. The paleo carne asada is very tasty and the meat stays tender. The corn risotto, peppers, and chicken sausage is delicious with a little spicy kick, and the italian meatloaf is a solid meal. The workers are friendly and helpful so it makes it a good experience if you are picking up at the store. Otherwise, they deliver as well! Highly recommend!

What a great find for those of us who work downtown and are looking for healthy prepared microwaveable options for lunch or dinner — I think they have breakfast items too. They have a great selection of meals! There is also a store with all kinds of protein powder and supplements. We were helped by a very knowledgeable employee named Omar. And last but not least, there is also a fresh juice bar! I highly recommend the Ginger Shot!
