Elisa Kreth has worked at San Diego Chiropractic and Sports Injury Clinic in Old Town, California since 2005. In January of 2011 she expanded to Del Mar, CA (North of San Diego County) and is currently working with a team of sports injury specialists at the Del Mar Chiropractic Sports Group. Although she treats a variety of conditions, a large percentage of her practice is dedicated to the treatment of pain.

Elisa is AMAZING! She has been doing this for years and you can tell… she is so thoughtful in how she addresses one’s ailments.
A friend recommended acupuncture for a sprained ankle… I had sprained it just about two weeks before seeing Elisa and literally within a week and two treatments I was healing faster than I thought I could. She also worked on the soles of my feet– plantar faciitis– I have had it for over TWO YEARS and every morning it hurts to stand up… no joke, I stand up better in the mornings with no pain. Its kinda unreal, I didnt know how I could ever make it go away– I had tried everything! I want to go once a week to maintain what she has established!
If you have any sort of ailment or simply want to FEEL GOOD, GO to Elisa, you will not be disappointed! I have been recommending her non-​stop because I truly believe in her work!

I have been seeing Elisa for the past few years and she is amazing! I originally started seeing her to help reduce migraines, but over the years that has evolved to other issues that have come up.
When I fell and hurt my back over a year ago, Elisa was able to use acupuncture and a machine that promoted electric currents that helped me reduce my back pain and I was feeling back to normal within weeks.
Elisa is quite knowledgeable when it comes to natural remedies and taking holistic approaches to care. Anytime I have a cold, stomach issue or really anything I am able to ask Elisa and she always has a natural remedy. She’s the reason I know about the Wellness Formula for when I’m starting to get sick.
Besides being very skilled in acupuncture, Elisa has a great bedside manner. From my very first visit appointment, she has always made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Elisa!

After trying a few acupuncturists around town, I finally found Elisa.
I have had some issues with pain in my shoulder due to a sports injury. Elisa treated me for a couple weeks and helped with the rehab of my injury. Since then, I have been coming in for preventative care and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Elisa is very well organized and professional and has a great knowledge/​understanding of her profession. I would recommend her services to anyone seeking an acupuncturist in San Diego. I am still a needlephobe. But I set aside my concerns to try accupuncture because, to be honest, I was desperate.
I have such bad allergies that it causes my inner ear to get wonky and I get bad episodes of vertigo. No, not fun. After going through that for almost a year, I finally broke down and made an appointment. She gave me some suggestions before she even saw me that provided me with some relief, and with regular treatments, I was under control in a couple of months.
Living in fear of vertigo is not a life. Thank you Elisa, for giving mine back to me. You are worth every penny and more!
