Josie is so sweet, and always so helpful with any and all questions I have (and I usually have a lot) I have only seen Janet when I get my services, and she does such an amazing job! Wow I just turned 40 and had a procedure called Voluma with Janet the RN it literally gave me a face lift and took off 10 years ! Best part is it looks totally natural. I recommend Janet Sansano RN to all my friends now.

Great place! Everyone is so helpful and they really care about your well being and helping to achieve your desired results. Chrissy is especially helpful and goes out of her way to make sure I get the most out of my appointment!

I have never gone to a weight loss center before but I have looked around before going to this one. I saw a huge difference in prices compared to the other places I called. The charge for all the work you need what the other clinics charge just for consulting. I called on the phone to ask how it worked if I needed a appointment or if they had a certain walk in time. I was told that for first time clients I needed a appointment I made one and before I hung up I was told about a coupon they have on Groupon let me say it’s a great deal.
The day I went in to the clinic I was greeted by 2 receptionist both welcomed me and smiled making me feel less nervous. I took a seat there were a few ppl in the waiting area. I think that there were more ppl than usual waiting to see the doctor because I was told he had just gotten back from a vacation. I waited for about 30 mins I didn’t mind the wait since they have a lovely waiting area with very comfy chairs. I was being reassured that they knew I was there and the doctor would help me soon. One of the receptionist took me in to a room they are also nurses and explained to me the options of vitamin and energy boosters injections. She was very nice and made me feel very comfortable her name I believe is Adriana a very nice young lady! After she explained that to me she took me to see the doctor in a back room. The doctor explained to me how the meds work and went over the paper work I filled out he checked me and made sure my body can take the medicine he made sure that once I left that room all my questions were answered. I did have a cough and asked to make a follow up next month to make sure it was nothing serious or to make sure I Don’t have asthma. I left and went back to Adriana and she gave me the lipotonix shot she has such a good hand she had have me the shot and I was so nervous thinking she was still preparing the shot the only thing I felt was the cold alcohol wipe when she said your all done I was like wow I’m such a wuss for shots but it was such a great experience.
Overall it was a great experience I have now completed my month of treatment and have lost 13lbs and I love the fact that I have family and friends notice it. I also see it in my clothes I plan to keep on going and try and reach my goal weight. Ps the injections gave me so much energy and made me feel so much better it’s a hard to explain feeling but it felt great to have that much energy again thank you viva wellness !!

I went to Viva Wellness today because wanted to purchase a B-​12 injection package. The prices are fantastic, the intake process streamlined and the staff knowledgeable. the woman who gave me the injection was smooth, I didn’t feel a thing… but…now I feel kind of energized and glad that I went today. I look forward to more!

The services that are offered here are fabulous. I ordered B-​12 shots on Groupon and have ordered other treatments because the staff doesn’t push you, they are walking advertisement. I was impressed with how incredible their lash extensions looked, so for the first time I had mine done and they look so natural, everyone has complimented me on how great my eyes look.
I always hated my lips, or I should say, my lack of lips. I have no upper lip. I had my lips done in Palm Desert in 2009 and I hated the results. My top lip looked like a duck, so unnatural, I was so embarrassed and couldn’t wait until the product in my lips disappeared. Fast forward to 2016, I am older, that upper lip is hard to find, and when you have staff checking you in with beautiful lips; you cant help but to develop confidence in the Aesthetics Nurse. I finally decided to go for it especially because the RN, BSN nurse named Janet Sansano was sensitive to my concerns and respected my decision to have a minimal amount injected in my lips. It took 2 days for all the swelling to go down and I love them. I finally have normal lips that can be a defining feature on my face… They provide so many other treatments, I highly recommend Viva Wellness for all your beauty needs and concerns. Very grateful to the friendly staff and Janet Sansano.

I’ve been going to Viva wellness for quite some time already, I’ve been seeing Janet Sansano for IPL’s, Botox and juvederm. I want to say that Janet it’s the best! She studies your face before doing any procedure and she makes sure the needle it’s precise to where she wants it to be. Janet it’s very professional and very friendly. I LOVE her work and if I had 100 stars… I will give her 100 stars.
Also, The front girls, Josie and Ali, are always in such a great mood and smiling. Every time I go there, they all make me feel like home and always reaching out to me after procedure if I’m satisfied with my treatments. I will recommend this place with my eyes closed. Thank you to all!

I’m not sure what the bad reviews were for. I’m glad I ignored them and gave Viva a chance. The office was super clean and modern. Don’t be alarmed by the outside of the building. The inside is very posh. The gals up front were friendly and smiled warmly. The medical assistant and doctor were very thorough with the exam. There was a ton of paperwork which explained every little detail of the weight loss program and each medication and potential side effects. I had a very positive experience. I’m looking forward to starting my weight loss program and seeing results. Now it’s just up to me to stay focused, eat right and exercise. Thanks, Dr. Michael!
Update: I’ve lost 25 lbs in 2 months. I finally found something that worked for me. I have zero cravings and tons of energy. Thank you!!!

I recently went to Viva Wellness for the first time and I loved my service provider Ali! I got airbrush tanned before I went on my vacation and the tan was flawless! I looked and felt great thanks to Ali! She took the time to make me feel comfortable and was very precise. I will definitely be returning to her for my next airbrush tan. I

Paid $ 450 for lip fillers (juvaderm) and there was absolutely no change in the shape or plumpness of my lips. When I went back to inquire about it and also about a big lump that was left left inside my lip she said I needed 2 more syringes which was contrary to what I was told in my consultation. They said one would be more than enough that I should even consider doing have for the first time. So disappointed and what a waste of $ 450 :-/

Adriana was very helpful and friendly. Had an appointment set for 330 but was in the area, called in and she was able to get me in right away. Extremely professional. Less than a month and results are already showing. Highly recommended.

I was referred to Viva by someone who had nothing but good things to say about it! I went for the first time today and I was so impressed! From the initial phone call with Alison to getting my lipotonix shot with Adriana the whole visit was ideal. They were quick but thorough. Everyone, including Dr. Tachuk, spent a lot of time with me and made me feel as I was their top priority. I am eager to start the program tomorrow! I will share my results as soon as I have some! The best part was how affordable the program is. I was looking at a similar program with a dr in Carlsbad for literally 4x the cost at Viva. And when I asked why she was so much more she couldn’t give me a real reason and brought up a medi spa in Palm Springs that did it for $ 1,500. That was her reasoning… I trust the people at Viva way more than them.

I am 4 days in and have lost 6.5 lbs. this is due to exercising and decreasing my calorie intake along with the prescription. I am looking forward to another lipotonix shot on Friday and I absolutely credit my success to it. I think it has done wonders for my high, positive energy and overall emotional improvement. Yay!

Love the fresh look the ladies are very friendly and beautiful make you feel at home. My first time and I am very impressed and feel comfy.
