History

Established in 2013.

DiggsBodywork was founded in 2013 by Niki Diggs, a certified Athletic Trainer. She had been working in her field for several years, when she decided to further her education and become a massage therapist as well.

Realizing these two skill sets made her unique, she decided to open up DiggsBodywork in the San Diego area. Once interest rose in her work, she started traveling out to Orange County, Los Angeles, and to the Coachella Valley to work.

She does this, and travels with different events such as the Dew Tour and Texas Toast. She also works locally with SDSU, EMW Foundation, Grossmont School district, and volunteers at the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista.

Business Owner

Niki is a Certified Athletic Trainer, Massage Therapist, and Emergency Medical Technician.

Originally from Southern California, she loves everything it has to offer– the culture, the weather, and the sports!

She has a real love for everything sports related, which is what influenced her decision to pursue a Bachelors in Kinesiology from SDSU. She then went on to get her certificate in massage for the International Professional School of Bodywork.

She now works and travels doing what she loves, helping people achieve their goals to be the best versions of themselves. She has traveled the United States with different sports teams and tours, working with athletes to help keep them in the best condition possible for competition.
