Manager

David is a native San Diegan, with a passion for helping others and a winning attitude. He is also a strong team player who values the leadership he developed at San Diego Outrigger Canoe Club where he paddles on the number 1 boat. He also was selected to represent team USA in a 20 man Dragon Boat team that races throughout the world.

David has a background in computer animation and is currently involved in house renovation, restoration and flipping along with real estate investment for the past 5 years. Through his extensive experience in these different markets along with the values and leadership learned while racing, David has transitioned exceptionally into the selling side of the Real Estate business.

It’s hard to find a good deal in this market but David has a unique ability to find them. I wasted a lot of time looking on my own with no luck. I met a lot of agents with the same old bag of tricks. When David and I began to narrow down the homes in my price range it was like he already knew which house I would buy. His knowledge and experience saved me a lot of time and money.
