Tell me how I have came here 3 times and they were out of mango all 3 times? I get it, it’s your biggest seller but come on!

First time customer with high hopes… well those were quickly crushed when I decided to order a veggie torta. As soon as I got the sandwich I could tell it was low quality(and overpriced). The bread was too thick and had absolutely no crispness to it whatsoever. The veggies consisted of a couple sliced tomatoes, some yellow-green unappealing iceberg lettuce, cucumbers, scant avocado, and queso fresco even though the sign clearly states the torta contains Swiss cheese. Oh and mayo. No special yummy sauces or even salsa. After(stupidly) eating this sandwich(it sure wasn’t a torta by any standards) I have now developed a delightful case of food poisoning. Thanks D-K-Che’ but next time I’ll make the drive to Teresitas.

I don’t see all the hype about this place. My Tostilocos have no color. The juice is basically water. I will not be ordering tostilocos from here again.

I have tried their smoothies, tostilocos, elote, and acai bowls. They have reasonably priced items and never disappoint!

I come here often and always get either a Torta, an Acai bowl or an Iron Man juice. I love everything I have tried here. Yesterday when I went I got my usually but when I got home the Strawberries in my Acai bowl were really bad. My husband called the store and promised to give me a new bowl at no cost. I went in again today and got a new Acai bowl. Not on were they super apologetic but they were really nice and accommodating. I am happy they helped me out because I love going here so much.

This place is slowly but surely becoming my second home. I love the cheap but satisfying tortas, the fruit salads, the smoothies, the chamangos, and they have a nice selection of fresh squeezed fruit juices. Everything is made fresh to order, so if you’re in a rush, order 10 – 15 mins before coming in. Every visit here is very refreshing to say the least. I’m not the pushy type but I highly recommend the escamocha. Its a fruit cup made with honey dew, cantaloupe, grapes, apple, bananas, strawberry, pear, lime, salt and orange juice. If you want to know what heaven tastes like, ORDERTHEESCAMOCHA. Also, Tostilocos and churrolocos are fire.

This is one of the best fruit place in San Diego. Prices are good and the food is awesome. They have an amazing selection of fruit and foods. The atmosphere is great. 5 stars all the way.

I’ve been here several times and each time they never disappoint!!! They have the most amazing fresh fruit smoothies which is cool for a health nut that I pretend to be. I usually get the Frescas con crema and sometimes the watermelon juice when it’s really hot outside. I loveeee this place!!! I can’t wait to be over my new years resolution of dieting so I can try one of their amazing looking torta sandwiches or breakfast croissant. Also they have very affordable prices for everything because the amount of fruits they give you is huge.

I’ve been coming here with my family and boyfriend since they opened this place near my house. Never had an issue with our food it’s always fresh and delicious when we order. Can’t go wrong with this place. Good prices and varieties. Sometimes they take a little long but it’s worth it

It’s great little fruit shop for us on this side of the town. We do need more fruit shops though! Looks like it’s a monopoly market for the DK guys here on Palm avenue. The service is alright, it really depends on who is taking your order, most girls who work there are nice except the usual few. Nothing will or can make them smile. They look super sad to work there. And will work in such a rush where they don’t care to interact better with their clients. Tonight I bought a mango heaven(very icy), power nutrient(it was ok) and a small bowl of fruit salad. To my horror, they didn’t include the honey :(:(I never had to check my bag before leaving from here. So I trusted to know that they would have definitely included it. Nope! I was wrong, this lady forgot my honey! That’s really what makes the fruit go down. So yeah, it is a big deal. Going back there and getting it! Lol. The staff also hesitates to give away the reward program card, or collect 6 stickers to get a 7th one free kinda card. I have no idea why?! I somehow got one and now every time I show it, they act super stingy to sign it. Wow, but why though?! The sandwiches are the best in the entire Palm avenue! This is why I will give this place a four star. I believe customer service needs some focus and training. Fruits and drinks are good.

I’ve gotten acai fruit smoothies from here before but went with the acai bowl this time around. I ordered the bowl to go and when I got home I noticed that the acai was completely frozen. I thought they would’ve made it fresh but the only fresh was the sliced fruits. They must’ve made a batch and frozen it. Now I have to wait until it’s all thawed out to eat it. My brother has ordered the acai before and hasn’t had any issues with it. Maybe his bowl wasn’t frozen like mine. But for now, I wouldn’t recommend the acai bowl.

Good food, good service. But don’t name a place«D K CHE» and then play that horrible spanish banda country music all the time. Usually and I emphasize usually … people who are into fruit, health conscious or low fat food are not into that kinda music. Either switch the music or the name… I’m getting mixed signals. ;)

It’s my first time coming in here. First thing I see when I walk in is fresh fruits and veggies packed in the fridge and mounds of bananas on the counter. I love this place already. I ordered an acai bowl and breakfast croissants. My acai bowl was frozen): so I had to wait to eat it. Most definitely adding this place to my morning routine though. It’s closer to home than the other ones I go to for my bowl. I think it’s slightly over priced for the amount they give compared to the others I’ve gotten. Other than that this place is legit!

Found this place on Unilocal and recommend the Acai Bowl, Fresh fruits and great flavor. I have been coming almost everyday now for it. They also have a large menu with other goodies. Very clean place that you can eat inside as well.

Fresh delicious authentic. The raspados are the best I’ve had in San Diego. Torta de milanesa is also a favorite!

Okay okay okay So I’m a complete San Diego — Chula Vista newbie, but my love for chamango’s never goes unsatisfied whenever I come out here to visit my dad. I just found out this area is considered«TJ town 2,» but with such great establishments such as this place WHOCARES! I ordered a large chamango and OMGHEAVENORGASMIDK it was delish! I’m used to a shaved icee/liquidity consistency, but to my surprise it’s creamy goodness! A lil on the sketchy area side, but who cares The service is really great as well! The lady, who’s name escapes me, was a total doll. She even cracked a funny when I told her I’ve never tried tastiloco’s before and to sign me up! You don’t live life fully if you don’t jump out of your comfort zone and try something new and weird :’) I’ve yet to eat it though… Currently battling myself on when to dig in, but eventually I’ll get to it I’m sure ha ha ha. But if it means anything I’ll give this place a 7 out of 5 Will be back all week to try some random things out Wish yo girl luck! If I die on my new quest? Well atleast it’ll be by food

Everything I’ve ordered here has been delicious! Today I tried their açai bowl for the 1st time and it did not disappoint! You get just the right amount of fruit and right amount of açai, it was soo satisfying and filling! I’ve also ordered their breakfast croissants and fresh juices in the past, which were also equally as delicious. My go-to fruteria!
