I purchased a new LG Stylus phone from the Cricket store on Linda Vista Road in early January. Within two weeks, the phone has serious storage issues. It did not allow me operate basic functions(i.e. texting, email, even using the phone for calls). I took the phone back to the store twice. Each time, they did nothing to fix the issues. I did a factory reboot. TWICE! I called the store and contacted Cricket Online Assistance. Each told me to «just do it» again and my phone would work properly. I tried to go back to the store twice again, during regular business hours. each time it was closed. I the second time was yesterday, February 2, 2016. I waited over 40 minutes, after 9am, their online/store posted opening time, and the store was closed. I have contacted the Cricket Online Support they informed me to contact their phone replacement department. The phone replacement told me to contact the Online Chat. I decided to go with Cricket because I did not want a long term contract. It was the worst decision EVER! When I go online to look for other Cricket stores to seek assistance, the addresses and contact information is invalid. The stores don’t even exist! Every aspect of their customer service is horrible. They have no understanding of the operations of the phones that they sell. I have paid for two months of service for a phone that has only worked for two weeks. I would definitely recommend that no one sign up for Cricket Wireless. The WORST decision I EVER made!!!
