I appreciate the high level of service this bank provides. I get great service and their manager is professional courteous person. My family is very happy with the service and we will never change our bank thanks to the manager and staff.

I work for a company downtown and my armored service couldn’t deliver some 5’s and 10’s to me before my next delivery so walked A block to this bank with 1000 in 100 and asked for 500 5s and 500 10s and was turned away since I am their merchant. Didn’t know it was that difficult.

They were not able to help me cash a large check, however they were VERY professional, helpful, respectful and offered many suggestions for my problem. I would bank with them in a heartbeat if I used banks — LOL!

If you want to deal with robots regurgitating a manual go to the J Street location. If you want to deal with actual humans with true customer service skills go to the Washington location.

I love my bank. I signed up with Rick Vasquez about 3 years ago. Talk about personal banker. If there is ever a problem with my account, he calls me. There was also a time that I was super sick and I needed to sign some papers, he was in my neighborhood, so he stopped by. I call that customer service. Today he called to let me know that I paid a bill out of the wrong account and needed to transfer money asap. I have never been with a bank that does that.
I also love that when I go into the branch in Hillcrest, which is not too often, all the tellers know me by name. It’s a really nice to have that small town feel.

I went in to change over my business checking and payroll accounts because I share a building with this «bank» and wanted to make life easier for my employees. All I asked was that my employees be able to cash their ADP generated payroll checks there. I was told they need to open an account like «regular people» if the expected to be able to cash their payroll and that I should help them open these accounts for their own benefit. Apparently if you do not wish to deal with these bastions of ethics and morality you are a relegated to a subclass of consumer not worthy of being helped.
