My girlfriend & I came here before closing, so the worker gave us the churro for free & told us what items have been sitting there. Usually workers wouldn’t even say what items were old. Really nice worker!

Nothing great worth a 5 star but sure hits the spot on a cold night and you crave sweet soft dough..

Buns are great, what is not ok is that they charched me $ 1.50 for a small cup of ice. I bought a water bottle, which wasn’t cool not cold. Bad move. So $ 1.50 water +$ 1.50 ice = $ 3 for 15 ounces of water.

I haven’t had a cinnamon in a very long time. I think the last time I got one was at Fashion Valley, but that Cinnabon location closed many years ago. Fast forward to the other day when I stopped by Horton Plaza and we happened to walk by and saw this location. A few people in my group of 6 wanted some… so we thought it’d be best to share a 4 pack. We ended up deciding on 2 caramel pecan-bons and 2 regular. If you’re not familiar with Cinnabon, they make gi-normous delicious cinnamon rolls slathered in gooey sugar-coma inducing frosting. They have other options like a berry cinnabon and the caramel pecan-bond. They have mini-bons, cinna-stix, coffee, and ice blended drinks. They are best when they are fresh out of the oven. If you buy them packaged you can can warm them at home(oven or microwave) . I was done after 2 bites. It was good, but I didn’t want to overdose on sugar. There are still a few locations open in San Diego. The Fashion Valley and UTC locations closed a few years ago.

I haven’t had a cinnamon roll from this chain in years! I used to go to the one in UTC or Fashion Valley, but both locations are closed now. Since my friend and I were sharing the regular Cinnabon, the girl behind the counter cut it in half for us. She even smeared more frosting on it and gave us utensils and napkins. I noticed that they have tiny ones called«bites.» I like the bigger sizes because it’s more fluffy and gooey. Still good after all this time!

I walked a mile in the rain to get a Cinnabon. We called and they said they were open to 930, we came at 920 and said we had called to confirm they closed at 930 and they rolled their eyes and said we just closed then walked away. I’m so upset we just walked a mile in the rain to be turned down 10 minutes early AND treated rude. Unbelievable. I LOVE Cinnabon, I mean I walked a mile from little Italy stop to get it, Cinnabon is amazing product but I’m never going to this one again.

Always a favorite place for me when it comes to getting Cinnamon rolls. They serve freshly baked cinnamon rolls throughout the day and they often offer discounts towards the end of closing time to sell off the remaining or else it’ll go to waste. This is the perfect time to get some nice fluffy hot cinnamon rolls during the winter season.

I’m primarily writing this review because the business is Cinnabon and it’s breakfast food and you don’t open til 10am! This business should open earlier! There are tons of people walking the mall early morning that would buy cinnabons, plus the neighboring hotels.

Esther helped us and provided us with one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had. She was extremely friendly and personable, complimented us, smiled the whole time, and went way out of her way to ensure what we ordered was just the way we wanted it to be. It was incredible, and quite unexpected for a relatively simple place like Cinnabon. The Salted Caramel Center of the Roll was absolutely delicious too. Thanks Esther!

I paid 4.75 for a cinnabon and when I asked for a water cup I was denied. What type of person denies a person water? Will never go to a Cinnabon again

Delicious, yes. Being overcharged = not delicious. The register said $ 4.30 when I used my card, but my bank statement said they charged me $ 7.30. Daaaaammmnnnn son. The dude tried to sell me two Cinnabons for 7 bucks and I declined, but it looks like he got a bit overzealous on dat bun sale. Justice wil be had!

Cinnabon has gone downhill in the past five years. prices slowly increasing, quality quickly deceasing. I’m not sure why, but it seems they put so much less cinnamon filling and cream cheese frosting than they used to. … But hey, it’s still a giant cinnamon roll, and it’s still ridiculously delicious. And it’s still cheap. under four bucks for the original, which is probably the best, most reliable product they have. They now have cinnamon middles. you know, little bite size middles of the rolls. not as good as they sound. The whole point of the middle of a cinnamon roll is the brave journey from the outside to the inside. …slowly peeling away each layer,. …the anticipation. … it’s an accomplishment to make it through without going into a sugar coma. The smoothies/shakes [they call them«Chillatas”] are surprisingly good, as well. The strawberry and strawberry banana ones are the best, i.m.o. Service is slow, but decent. And the cinnabon craze is definitely over. died in 2003. R.I.P, here lies Cinny Bun, she lived la dolce vita. But every once in a while, pop in here for you sugar fix. You might be pleasantly suprised to revive this gooey little treat.

There is no better rendition of any product in this world by a chain restaurant. I don’t care how good the pasta is at that chain restaurant, you can make it better at home. I don’t care how good the burger is at that chain restaurant you can make it better at home. No matter how hard you try you cannot make a cinnamon bun as good and as consistent as cinnabon. It elevates mall food to the next level. I can only handle about 3 – 4 a year(it’s just too sweet and rich), usually around the holidays… but man for those 3 – 4 visits, I reaffirm my love for all things cinnabon. Mall food-perfected.

This is one place that I cannot resist the smell of. I think they waft the cinnamony smell out of the place to whirl around you pick you up carry you to the counter to order a sweet sticky wonderful treat. Extra icing is heavenly, it’s cream cheesey melty sweetness compliments the layers of cinnamon chewiness. They sometimes have special cinnabon’s, with cherries, pecans, etc… but I always want the original. It is about an 800 calorie snack, so you really need to plan the rest of your meals that day accordingly. They even have mini-bons if you don’t want to completely wreck your appetite for the day. It’s the smell, it gets me every time!

This is a 4.5 star because the service is sooooooooo slow! But other than that, can you go wrong with a cinnabon? Right out of the oven, slather on the icing, it’s orgasmic! To top it off, I had their iced coffee thingy and WOW! Caffeine, saturated fat, artery clogging goodness!
