Nine West

Love the shoes they make and ive always been a loyal fan. Their shoes add a nice classy flare to common styles. I rather buy these shoes than other brands because you can get 2 pays for the price of one. I tend to buy two of the same pairs just in case they don’t sell that model again lol. This location carries all their shoes rather than the location on la jolla. Girls that work here are also more social and helpful when asking for size suggestions. Ive had them save shoes for me when I saw some shoes I loved online. Make sure to get your parking validated while in this mall, so you don’t have to pay the extra parking fee.

I had an instant shoe-​gasmic experience upon walking into this store. They have very interesting shoes that I have not seen in other Nine West Stores OR ONLINE! Customer service was great, and even helped me decide on what shoe size to purchase. They have no clearance section and a very bare sale section, so don’t come in here expecting a bargain.

Nine West is the one brand of shoes I pledge loyalty to when it comes to finding dressy shoes that will go with everything! The prices are definitely worth what you pay for and that’s quality heels that won’t break! After buying heels from here, there is no going back to crappy Charlotte Russe specials.
Upon a recent shopping trip, I fell in love with a pair of grey and black leopard cheetah flats and the girls who worked here were really nice and patient with me as I stood admiring them for far longer than anyone stares at shoes. Although I think i don’t need fashion advice, these ladies were super polite and gave me some outfit suggestions to make my shoes add some sass to my threads! And I was also informed that if they don’t stretch as well as I’d like them to, I can bring them back to the store, free of charge, and get them stretched! I have NEVER heard of stretching shoes! I used to think that if they didn’t fit they weren’t meant for you, but Nine West went the extra mile!
Fast forward to a few weeks later, I find myself today finally getting an opportunity to exchange my flats for either a bigger size or getting them stretched out. Luckily, they had a pair in another color that I could try on and feel the difference on before I committed to ordering it. These ladies went the extra mile and SPECIAL ORDERED my shoes for me and are having them sent to my house free of charge within 3 business days! Amazing!!! Such a relief to not have to come back to the store a few weeks later hoping there would be more sizes available or driving up to La Jolla to see if their store had any! Right to my door!
AND
if that isn’t cool enough, they also said any shoes I have that are their brand can be stretched for free no matter if I have had them for a while!
So I dash home and grab my favorite pair of pumps which I plan on wearing to a wedding tomorrow! They put this special shoe stretcher into the toes and have it in there overnight so the shoe stretches just a little bit that way my tootsies can be nice and comfortable buying me an extra few minutes in them before I kick them off in pain after a night of dancing! They took down my name and number and the shoes will be ready in the morning for me to pick up just in time for my event!
These ladies are top notch sales people and will help you figure out what ever footwear dilemma you may be having!
