Established in 2009.

After being a Top Producer for years, Char Ekoniak started her own company, Coastal Rock Realty in 2009. Coastal Rock Realty has been voted 1 of the TOP 10 Real Estate Brokerages 2 years in a row in the Best of San Diego Union Tribune’s TOP 10 Reader’s Poll. In 2012, Char was voted in the TOP 10 Realtor category in the same poll. She has a great team of experts working with her to accomplish the sellers and buyers needs. Her Team includes a Sales Coordinator, Transaction Coordinator, Escrow Officer, Title Representative, Short Sale Negotiator and Preferred Lenders to meet the needs of her clients. Her degree in Speech Communication from University of California Long Beach allowed her to develop the business communication skills crucial to success in Real Estate. To meet the demands of an ever-​changing marketplace, Char obtained not only her Real Estate License but 3 Realtor Accreditation’s. Char’s intuitive knowledge of the real estate market allows her to get the highest price possible for the properties she sells, and she does it every time. Her clients know this and that is why an amazing number of her clients are repeat customers!
