Brian was our broker when buying our first home. Because this was our first home we had tons of questions. Brian was very easy to communicate with and made things very clear. He made tables that laid out every expense (closing costs and monthly payments) and made very accurate estimates when necessary. He also laid out different loan options that we could choose from. He was always available during the same or next day to have conference calls with my husband and I. He would respond to emails almost instantly. He worked closely with our real estate agent so they were always on the same page during the process. He made buying our first home so smooth and I would recommend him to anyone. I was introduce to Mr. Simantel by a friend of a friend. To everyone that is doing business with him, and is acting as the Realtor and Loan Officer be weary. In my situation I felt that he was acting on his own interest and not mine, and after extensive research after the process. I am having buyers remorse. I have overpaid on my house by 20,000. Lesson learned, I would never use him again. Per him, he states that my house is going to go up. But do not trust him.

Brian makes the homebuying experience fun and easy. I was a first-​time homebuyer with lots of extra nerves. I think I asked him the same questions probably two or three times and he never lost his cool with me. He could always find a way to crack a joke about something. At the end of the sale there were no loose ends and when I did my taxes I had everything that I needed. Thank you Brian.

To keep it short and sweet, Brian is knowledgable, thorough, and quick to answer all questions most times of the day. I can be a bit of a demanding customer at times requesting information everyday all day, and Brian was always there to answer my emails.
Loan options were clearly presented, logic behind options clearly translated to how it affects you, and the whole process is clearly communicated.
I think I asked him for payment breakdowns on interest rates/​loan amounts around 30 times and always had them within an hour or so no complaints from Brian.

I recently bought my first home in November 2010. The home buying process was a bit of an emotional roller coaster for me (with many other outside stressors making me almost hit insanity!).
