Sitting in traffic The line of cars stretch’s into infinity Creeping along at a whopping 4 mph Must get out must escape this madness So along came this little shopping mall called Miracrest Plaza and saved the day! Walked my traffic weary body across the parking lot and entered Bowl To Go. The aroma of cooking meat wafted through the air and reminded me I was hungry. Ordered the chicken plate, it came with white rice, coleslaw with dressing and an orange slice. The chicken tasted very tender and was obviously marinated with a rich flavorful sauce. Definitely will be back for more. A wonderful sign greets you at the register, it states: ‘Peace I leave with you Peace I give you.’ Beautiful.

I always get my lunch here because it is so good, the meat is fresh and the food is just amazingly good. I took my friends there many times. although food is little pricey but it is so worth it. I would definately return to this place to eat!

Great food, kinda gross ambiance. Empty fish tank in the front sets the stage for a weird dining room, but if the Bulgogi is that good, who cares. Wasn’t a fan of the daytime judge shows blaring either.

I went there for the first time today. I had the beef and vegetable bowl. It looked and smelled delicious. I enjoyed every bite. The place was small and clean. The cashier was friendly and my food was ready in 4 minutes! I will definitely go there again.

I work down the street from this place and it’s my favorite lunch spot. The food comes out quickly and it’s great for a quick meal without spending too much. The lady is really nice and works hard to get food out to everybody. The chicken bowl is probably the best but you can get bigger portions by ordering combo plates. I get the chicken and pork combination plate when I’m really hungry. I like that this place is not just another cheap teriyaki place. It has a nice mild teriyaki flavor with a Korean twist. Will definitely keep going!

A very solid, tasty option for lunch that you can’t go wrong with. The meats are all cooked well, nothing burnt. There’s an upcharge for brown rice, 50 cents or so. Condiments on the side with what I think is a homemade teriyaki sauce that has a really good flavor Service is friendly Only downsides are that sometimes they run out of certain meat options, and the restaurant can get pretty smokey bc of all the cooking going on in the back. Parking can be tricky but its definitely something to add to the lunch rotation.

The place is pretty clean and the bowls are really tasty. The price is really good for how much food you get too. Got the chicken, beef and, veggie bowl :)

While it may be a nondescript location off of Miramar, this is a great place to grab an Asian rice bowl for lunch. The food is fresh and cooked to order, and they even offer white meat chicken. As others have noted, the woman working the counters is very friendly. The only downside is finding parking during the lunch rush as the lot is quite small.

This is 3rd time here and the cashier is always polite and nice. The chicken is tender, the beef is a little sweet but has awesome seasoning and the top notch is the ribs! You’re given a decent amount of food that will leep you satisfied. It’s in a little place between other shops but sometimes those are the best places to eat! Definitely a place to eat if you like chicken, beef or pork bowls.

The half chicken half veggie bowl hit the spot!!! Chicken was juicy and delicious, veggies perfect and not soggy at all. This is my first review on Unilocal because I was compelled to write about it!!! Parking is horrendous at lunch time, but I still snagged a spot. Definitely recommend this place!!!

Brown rice is .30 extra. Girl is really nice at the front. Place is clean. Got the half pork and half beef. Total was $ 7.78 Service: 4 stars. Super friendly, fast. Cleanliness: 4 stars. Place is clean. Food: 3 stars. Food lacked any real flavor without condiment use. Value: 2 stars. For the same price I can get a better bowl from flame bloiler. I would opt out for subway next time. Unless you really are craving a teriyaki bowl, I wouldn’t come back. If I do come back, I’ll try the chicken.

The half beef bulgogi half chicken bowl was provided for lunch during my company’s weekly meeting. I must say, it was not bad at all! Not only were there plenty of vegetables(carrots, broccoli, and lettuce), they were all cooked as well. It is very rare to find cooked side vegetables here! Moving on to the meat, both tasted good but the bulgogi really stood out because of its sweetness. I’m not sure about the price, but the bowl was fairly big and I actually finished the whole thing #noshame. It made the meeting very pleasant and I’ll definitely come back some time on my own!

I’ll drive down from Encinitas just for these bowls of goodness. So tasty. Try the white meat chicken with more veggis then rice. Costs a bit more but so good and healthy. The sause is the best in Diego.

I stopped by this place because I was in the neighborhood and it sounded appealing. Walked in and saw the menu and ordered quick enough. The girl cashier was super nice and even hooked me up with extra vegetables because I skipped the rice. The place is clean and service is quick ! I would most def come back here when I am in the area. The only thing is I wish they had some more hot sauce or items to spice up the dish

Two spicy pork bowls for $ 13. Bomb dot com. My hubby loves this place and goes here regularly since his shop is down the street. Looks like I may have to have lunch dates more often. Haha. Very good food and fast service. Cashiers are not the most inviting but hey it’s about the food anyway!

Very delicious and healthy alternative. I got the chicken(white meat) teriyaki bowl. Juicy and flavorful meat. Steam veggies were cooked to perfection and rice was bomb too.

First time here. Small dining area with a t.v. inside. Ordered the combo which included barbecue beef and teriyaki chicken with white rice and a small side of mixed vegetables. The chicken was standard. The beef was on the salty side. Satisfied my hunger for the amount given. If ever I go back I would venture onto other items on the menu. Friendly customer service!

I drive by this place a lot and have been meaning to try the food. I ordered the rib plate for $ 7.49. The ribs were good quality and had very good flavor. I liked the slight charring from the grill and the teriyaki sauce glaze. The rice was good. You get more meat and the flavor is a little better than Flame Broiler. 2nd visit. I had the bulgogi bowl. Mmm… Good quality beef. Very tender. Good flavor. Very good dish. On the side I had gyoza. It was steamed and the flavor was good but a bit on the light side. I’m not a fan of steamed gyoza. Should have asked if it was fried before ordering. Doh! The rib plate is my fav dish here but the bulgogi is very good.
