Baskin Robbins

Im leaving them a 1 because i came at 8:55 pm when they close at 10.
I ordered a shake and the lady told me that they dont make shakes past 9. I have ordered from this store as well as various stores before and this has never been
Mentioned to me. The lady did not give me any other explanation nor was she apologetic. Instead she went to the corner of the establishment and got on her cell phone. I understand if this is a new policy, but i do feel that it should be stated somewhere within the store. Otherwise its perceived as lazy and unprofessional.

Stephanie is legit. She was so funny and brightened mine and my friends’ day. She was also super helpful when deciding between flavors! Definitely coming back.

We found this location on our way back from a family function in South Bay. It was a nice halfway stop back to North County, and right off the freeway on Aero Dr. After spending a terminally long and boring time with extended family, this is exactly what the doctor ordered!
The woman behind the counter was super friendly and cheerful, a nice break from ice cream shops where teenagers act like you are interrupting their break. The four of us all got cones, nothing fancy, but it was all yummy.
This location is also a TOGO’s/BR combo… So if you want a sandwich, win-​win for you!

My family and I really enjoy the ice cream here, however the scoop sizes seem to really vary by who’s scooping them.

Specifically told CLAUDIA that i wanted my fresh packed quart, packed side to side… She was too busy chatting with her co-​workers to follow directions. I come home only to see the worst packed quart I’ve ever gotten from BR it wasnt even full. Waste of $ 8. Not to mention i was the only customer and wasn’t attended to until after about 1.5 mins because, again, she was talking to her co-​workers. Not happy.

Can’t go wrong with Baskin Robbins. Classic flavors like rocky road and chocolate are always a nice treat when you want something sweet.

24 flavors? What happened to 31? That’s not right. Lost a star for this false advertising.

Just walked in kinda iffy because I had the worst service at TOGO’s but right away was greeted by the sweetest girl behind the Bask in Robins counter. She offered me a sample of the new flavor and it was so good. She has amazing customer service skills is very friendly and had an awesome sense of humor! Thank you Summer for excellent service. :-)

I was very disappointed. I stopped in and ordered three kids cones. The guy asked the kids if they wanted a few sprinkles on their cones, and than charged me almost three dollars for the sprinkles. What a ripoff, we were almost already spending ten dollars on the cones. Next time we will go next door to McDonalds and get three soft serves for 99 cents each.

Awesome staff; friendly and welcoming. Been here only a couple times and the employees know what I like and want.

This place was good! The ice cream was bomb a bit price but it was worth it! I had the banana split was good but it can be better!

Friendly service and great ice cream! The girl behind the counter was more than happy to offer samples. She was generous with the scoops and the waffle cones tasted great.

Went here last night & the guy behind the counter was awesome, he offered me a ton of samples! I tried Movie Theatre Popcorn & a few others but ended up with Winter White Chocolate, but it was all so good! I’m dying to get the Snickers ice cream next.
I love this Baskins Robbins, the employees always greet me & never seem like they’re hurrying to get me out of there.

No winter white chocolate this year? What is up with that? I wait all year long for this one flavor and it isn’t coming this year. So disappointed.
Tried to console myself with a 31 below made with Heath bar. Unfortunately the candy was stale, chewy and not good. My son had a 31 below with m&m’s and had the same issue. My daughter had two scoops of vanilla, which was full of ice crystals and tastes of something besides vanilla. Worst $ 14 I have spent in a long time. Can imagine going back again.

This place is clean, which is what I look for in any food establishment. It shares a store with some burrito spot, I thought that was kind of odd, but apparently a lot of places do that in San Diego (like Carl’s Jr). Anyways, the employees for BR were really friendly towards myself and my fiancé, and they actually talked to us instead of just taking our order and moving on with the process. As far as ice cream goes, BR has always been a favorite of mine. I always enjoy the World Class Chocolate, or the Butter Pecan, and also the Mint Chocolate Chip.

This was for my ice cream monster child. She wanted something with caramel and she ended up with the Gold Medal Ribbon… can’t go wrong with that!
She tried a sugar free option of something that had caramel but she said it tasted funny… the nice lady working the counter assured us that the diabetics certainly appreciated the sugar free options. I’m sure they do but my girl wants the naturally sweet white crystals in abundance! Yeah, she fiends…
Anyway, I didn’t get anything because I had just showed a Smashburger who’s boss and I was still reeling from that hand-​formed patty high. Oops… got lost in burger bliss for a sec. Okay, my girlie loved her 1 of 31 flavors and I live to make her happy.

We go here at least once a month and its great. We special ordered a Turkey Cake for Thanksgiving and it was perfect.

I special ordered an ice cream cake for my daughters birthday. Should have been real simple. Ice cream, cake, icing and a happy birthday written in fudge ribbon. I paid $ 39 up front for the cake. The day of her birthday, I went to this Baskin Robbins to pick up her cake. When I opened the box to check out the cake and they had made the wrong cake! So I asked for a refund. I was markedly upset, but I figured that I would just go to Vons and have them write happy birthday on one of their ice cream cakes and save a few bucks. Then the lady told me no refunds! Trying to make the situation better, she offers me a $ 4 coupon. I told her that I did not want a $ 4 coupon or this cake that was not the one that I ordered. I either wanted the product that I ordered or a refund. Once again, she tells me that there are no refunds. So I took the cake. The owner was no help either and she was rude. She told us that we were obviously happy enough with the cake to take it and eat it. What was I supposed to do? Leave the cake AND not get a refund?
I definitely will never go to this Baskin Robbins again, and I recommend that everyone else steer clear!
