My experience was fantastic.
Two weeks ago my good friend gets engaged. A week later I’m informed of an engagement party the next weekend. Soon right? She’s probably pregnant, but hey that’s another story.
I go to Angel Bridal to find an ao dai to rent. I’m too fat for two dresses, too small for another (yay). She has plenty of reds ones that might work but I take a pass on those.
We ultimately decide to have it custom made and she was informed she has only a week to get it done.
I went today it pick it up for tomorrow’s event and everything is perfect and I look great. She owner did a wonderful job.
I honestly was nervous due to the other reviews, but I must say I am extremely happy!

No. No. No.
1. The place weirds me out in a hoarders kind of way. Piles of stuff everywhere, tiny paths carved throughout… I’m sure it’s breaking some fire codes.
2. She started hemming my dress AFTER I arrived to pick it up. Even though I arrived after the time she said it would be ready, and I called ahead. 15 minutes and counting now…
3. There’s a radio playing loudly, between stations.
In summary… No.

Always sweet and willing to support college students! She is always welcoming and allows us to come in and try on ao daïs and get fitted. We come here every year for fashion show and I love it!

The owner is a wonderful lady that designs all our traditional outfits for VCN every year!!! She is wonderfully giving and patient to fit dozens of us for our performance, whether it be a fashion show or different dances – which we had plenty of!
She knows what she’s doing when it comes to having the right fit and style. But a warning! Make sure to ask for your order way ahead of time.

My experience with this lady was way different with the reviews. She was very nice and tailored my jacket perfectly. Her place was a unorganized though but everybody has their own way of doing things.

I give this place 1 star because customer service is horrible. She is always late, makes lame excuses, and no one should rely on her for anything, especially when it comes to your wedding.

She is horrible. You think the bride would have a bouquet during the ceremony… NOPE she was late and the bride and bridesmaid had nothing to carrying while walking. We asked her why she was late and was like «oh I had two other weddings on July 5!» Well then don’t accept our money if you didn’t, we never begged you. Don’t ever hire her, we are going to sue her. About 3 grand for fake flower because she didn’t have time for real ones. GET THIS CRAZY LADY OUT OF BUSINESS

She is horrible… I asked her to decorate the wedding for me and she did not complete at all… We had to postpone the wedding ceremony for 1.5hours just for her and she did not complete at all… Whole reception decoration was not done… My friends and family had to jump in to help and she was blaming other situations. Turn out nothing was done. If you want your biggest day turn into chaos and headache… Pick her… She will not get the job done… I wish I can give her –0 star…

I initially came here for my ao dai and wedding dress but the service was soo bad I left to another place. She was almost never available and she keeps telling me a certain date and the dresses would never be there in time. Then I heard that she bad mouths her customers saying that I shouldn’t buy the dress if it doesn’t fit me. Umm excuse me, thats why shes there to tailor it. I’m soo glad I didn’t use her for my wedding, otherwise I don’t think I would’ve gotten anything done.

ZERO STARS! Late 2 hours to the Morning event. When Flowers arrived they were drooping. Flowers to the Reception were late 2 hours also because flowers were looking withered and the bride requested they be replaced on the spot.

Totally agree with the other review. This lady runs a horrible business. She’s not only rude, but her store is a mess, and she didn’t even bother to call and tell me my order was ready.
I came in for an ao dai fitting since she was the only VN tailor in the neighborhood and I was there to also get a bridesmaid dress hemmed up. I told her I had only a check to pay and she said it was fine.
I came back to pick up the tailored dress and get fitted for the ao dai. I put a down payment for the ao dai, via check. She huffed and told me in VN that that was no way to pay someone. I should’ve just torn up the check and walked out, but I didn’t say anything.
After leaving I realized that I didn’t want to do business with this woman and didn’t bother to talk to her again or come get the dress and pay for the rest of it. She said it was going to be ready in two months, and now it’s more than 6 months and she didn’t even call to follow up. Ugh! 0 Stars!

Terrible! My sister and I gave her 3 weeks in advance to get a small outfit made. She kept on telling us that it would be ready and come in the next day at 5. We would show up at 5 and the lady wouldn’t even get there till 6:30. We told her we needed it before halloween. She made up some bs excuse saying «OH I thought you wanted it at 12:00pm on halloween!» What an idiot! I don’t know how the hell this lady runs her business but I am NEVER going there again. If i could give her 0 stars I would.
