This was my second stop when I shopped for my dress… AND my Last!
When I walked in here, it was calm & collected, they sat me down to pick dresses I liked out of a catalog, opposed to pulling and wrestling through a bunch of hanging dresses. The girl who helped me, Lauren, was very attentive to what I was looking for and I actually ended up getting the first dress she put me in. I liked almost every dress I tried on, but the first dress just really couldn’t be beat… I went back to it at the end, and lauren added a veil and a beautiful elegant beaded belt and everyone in the room went wild, & I knew THAT was it. She cut me a couple discounts on everything to make sure we were happy, too! I spent the perfect amount for my budget, and it included my veil and sash. My dress came in with perfect timing, now we will see how the alterations go!

Brianna was amazing! She made me feel like I was the only bride in the world. I tried on so many beautiful gowns and she is going above and beyond to find the red gown that I want. There’s still 2 dresses I’m in love with. So I can’t wait for her to help with my special day! Brianna knew the type of dresses that would look great on me. Thank you so such Brianna and Michelle

Amazing Bridal store! Janet was such a sweetheart, I had to change my appointment a couple of times and she was so gracious! When I went in, she asked me what I liked and didn’t like. and the styles that she picked out were definitely my type! Within 20 minutes, I found my dream wedding gown and they have amazing prices! The quality is so much better than the surrounding areas. Classy styles, modern, you name it, it’s there! I definitely recommend this place for brides-​to-​be!!! You will be in awe!!!

Michelle was my consultant and she made my experience the best so far. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured; she was so patient. She even took pictures for me which made all the difference in determining how I felt about my choices.
You look through several folders and chose the dresses you like from those folders by writing down the item number. This to me was the least stressful way to make my decision since walking around a store can be so overwhelming. I really recommend this boutique.

I had a great experience here purchasing my wedding dress and veil. While some people might enjoy a stuffy salon accompanied by 50 of their closest friends enjoying champagne while you act as their dress up doll for every heinous dress they choose, at times making you feel like the Michelin man, that was definitely was not for me! I tried those stuffy bridal salons and hated it.
This shop was much more relaxed. I came here by myself multiple times and eventually brought my family. I liked that I could try on dresses but not come out if I didn’t feel comfortable. None of the sales people were pushy. They also didn’t awkwardly help you into your dress (unless you wanted them to) which I appreciated. The ladies who assisted me were professional and made me feel great in the dresses. They had a good eye and told honest opinions. No one tried to upsell me. I found the selection of wedding dresses here to be really good, at a variety of price ranges. Alterations and pick up were made easy and affordable. I’ve recommended this shop to friends and suggest it to anyone looking for a more relaxing dress buying experience.

We arrived 1.5 hrs early and were greeted warmly and told no problem. The staff was gracious and Lauren was fabulous! We came to try on a specific gown and pulled a few others as well. The bride ended up selecting a gown from their stock and not the one she came to try.
If you order a gown on your first visit they offer $ 75 off accessory. Ask for details.
The store has a great selection of dresses. The store is clean and the gowns are bagged to keep them protected. The prices are fair and a sale area for samples. They carry Maggie Sottero and Allure.

What a wonderful experience!!! We arrived early, but that was no problem!!! Lauren was so helpful & friendly. After quite a few dresses, my daughter found «the one» & it’s perfect. We drove 4 hours & it was worth it!!! I would highly recommend this store to everyone!!! Awesome staff, clean & a great memory!!!

First I would like to say my experience at this bridal shop was amazing! I recently went back on Monday to confirm my measurements of my dress and even now the experience is nothing I would trade for. The consultant that helped me was Brianna not only did she help me find my dress but she was gracious enough to remember who I was every time I have called and confirm my appointment. She is truly a remarkable person and I can genuinely see why she loves her job. This place is not only well organized but they have a variety of dresses to pick from. I recommend any «bride to be» to come to Bridal & Tuxedo. My experience was heartwarming all thanks to BRIANNA and the staff there. Myself and my future sister and mother law were so grateful for the welcoming experience and I personally want to thank Brianna for being such a wonderful host and for helping find My dress! You are family to me Brianna lol

Came here by appointment with my future sister-​in-​law and had a wonderful experience. Our consultant was Brianna and she was awesome and went above and beyond! Upon arrival we had to wait a little due to a previous appointment that was running over, but it wasn’t a big deal. We just browsed more bridal books.
This place is a cool one stop shop. They have a tuxedo department where you can browse groom/​groomsmen attire, and they also have bridal/​bridesmaid department to browse dresses. Large selection of dresses too! There’s one stage, but two platforms for two bridal appointments at a time. There was another consultant working at the time too and she seemed very friendly as well.
Brianna (our consultant) was so involved that even she cried once my future sissy said «Yes to the Dress»! She was honest and seemed very genuine with her thoughts and advice. She was patient and not at all overbearing which can be disheartening. She knew her stuff and was an excellent listener, which is why I think she was able to pull the perfect Mori Lee dress and a fab matching veil for the bride-​to-​be!
They worked well with us on pricing too. We had a budget under $ 2K, and I can say that they had a nice variety of dresses within the budget. We actually didn’t even end up trying all the ones that were pulled.
Our crew left smiling and teary-​eyed thanks to her. Brianna is a gem. We all hugged her before we left haha. This place is blessed to have her. Great bridal experience!

Overall, the service was just alright and it wasn’t that much cheaper than anywhere else for the tuxedo-​style suit rentals. The staff here aren’t the nicest people when issues come up. Our suit vests were ordered in the wrong color, and they blamed us for the miscommunication rather than immediately fixing the issue. Although the manager fixed the issue for free, his staff initially said we would have to pay for replacement vests. This was just three days before the wedding! Also, the groom’s pants were baggy and didn’t have the sleek modern look I was going for. The covers on a couple of his buttons also popped off the day of. Not a terrible place, but I think it would be easy to find somewhere better for the same price.

Everyone, ask for Janet to be your bridal consultant. She knows the inventory and what will look good on your body type. Very knowledgeable and provides great customer service.

I came in today hoping to scope out the place so that I can invite my bridesmaids with me next weekend to try on some dresses. The girl in the front did not even lift her head to say hi to me, she just asked me what I was looking for. When I explained what I was doing. She said ok and continued looking at paperwork on the counter. As I was looking around, Layla came up to me and asked me all the questions a new bride loves to be asked…“when is your wedding?” «How did he propose?» And was genuinely interested.
Layla said she was brand new but did an awesome job at helping look through the catalogs and I even tried on dresses (which I promised I wasn’t going to do!!) but I may have even found the one!
The girl in the front totally ruined the vibe of the place, and on top of it all talked down to Layla and was rude to her in front of customers. This should never happen in the workplace ESPECIALLY in front of customers. It was unprofessional and inconsiderate. I would love to come back and work with Layla but the vibe of this place is not somewhere I want to be when choosing the perfect dress. Thanks though Layla you are awesome!

Do not get your dresses here. I came in with my bridesmaids and the staff did not know anything about their own inventory. Luckily I did my research beforehand. It’s been months since we ordered bridesmaids dresses and still no updates on when they will arrive. HORRIBLE. I have 6 bridesmaids that I will make sure to have bad reviews for this place.

Came here on a Sunday morning and the shop was surprisingly busy.
Enjoyed being able to scan through the catalog and pick out top choices to try on so didn’t waste time digging through racks. I especially liked that they carried Maggie Sotterro/​Sotterro Midgley.
The dress selections here are very, very affordable (some cases spending less than $ 1K) and they carry good names.
It look about 30 mins to go through dresses and have space free to start trying on dresses (2 other appointments were finishing up) which got a little tiresome. Don’t recommend bringing a group of more than 3 for various reasons.
My consultant (Lauren??) was very sweet and helpful with her suggestions. There was no pressure which made the experience fun. I was told that I could come back when I had a decision made and they would see what they could «do» for me.
Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quick and dirty shopping experience without too much fluff.

We stopped by yesterday afternoon to take a look at their bridesmaid dress inventory. Their website didn’t showcase all that much and when I called to inquire about making an appointment, the owner (?) wasn’t all too friendly or helpful. He said no appointment is necessary to see the bridesmaid dresses so we took the chance that afternoon to check out this studio.
They are located right off the 8 fwy in the same plaza as Starbucks and First Tuesday. Parking was ample that afternoon so no issue there.
The studio wasn’t all that busy and a very nice girl (Jordan) directed us to the wall full of bridesmaids dresses. There were definitely a ton of dresses to choose from (short, long, chiffon, tulle, satin, etc). Most are sizes 8 or 10. She gave us the liberty to pick and choose the dresses we wanted and didn’t pressure us to hurry up and try them on. NOR did she pressure us at any point to make a decision to buy. It made the experience fun and insightful for us. Both of us felt Bill Levkoff was the best designer of the bridesmaid dresses we tried on that day. His designs seem to flatter an un-​size 2 dress size if ya know what I mean.
It takes about 3 months to order the dress and you need to put a 50% deposit on the dress upon ordering. I don’t think there’s a refund after that if you don’t like the dress so make sure you choose wisely.
They do have a sales rack of dresses on sale in front. It’s not too shabby of a selection (dresses were like $ 30 or something) and you can take one home right then and there.
So this is absolutely a great place to find a bridesmaid dress. The studio is well maintained and we liked the staff there.

Please accept this personal notation of thanks! Due to the worst wedding planner known to man, I had the fortunate privilage of being serviced last minute by this Angel of a woman. Being FREAKISHLY huge was no issue when I walked through the doors of the Bridal & Tuxedo Galleria. I first stopped at Mens Warehouse and of course they wanted to charge me my first born to get fitted there, but still would not be able to meet my needs on such short notice, so after a bit of digging my wife found the listing for these folks and we rushed over. Ms. Ella not only found a tux to fit me last minute, but she personally took my measurements, pressed out the suit and had it ready for me hours before the wedding (ON THE SAME DAY!!!). I’ve attended some weddings and had a great one of my own, but I must say that I never thought that getting a suit to match the rest of the bridal party would have been possible for a man of my size. So… This is to the fine folks who supervise/​employ Ms Ella– Find more like her and keep up the good work. This Woman is an Angel in my eyes and she saved me from embarrasing the wedding planner that my family member hired. So thank you… thank you… THANK YOU!!!

This store was the worst bridal store I had ever been to. The only reason I got my dress here was because it was the only store with the dress I wanted to try on.
The store has only one mirror, which is ridiculous because you’re trying to squeeze into the mirror with the other brides trying on dresses. The lady doing my alterations had to touch up my dress multiple times because of loose threads and beads. When my dress was finally ready to go home with me, the store offered me a used cardboard box to put my dress in to take home. The bag my dress was put in was not plastic and my dress Couldve easily been destroyed if it was raining outside. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience.

So we got my dress, veil and groom/​groomsmen tuxs here.
I’ll start with the dress. We called and made an appointment and when we got there, we were directed to a table with picture books and a piece of paper and pencil. I actually really, really liked this part because looking at dresses hanging can be overwhelming. The books contained pictures of all the dresses they carry with numbers– so you write those down and give that piece of paper to your consultant and they go get them. I will say though, that when I walked in, they had a brand new Maggie Sottero on a mannequin and I feel in love! I ended walking out with that one. They have a small area– just big enough for 1 large group or 2 small groups next to the dressing area. I started on my way and was a few dresses in when another consultant let another person try on dresses but they had like 10 people and wouldn’t share the small mirror area which was a bummer but I was lucky and had already found my dress. We put the deposit down and a few days later, received a call of the approximate date it would be in.
Once we got the call, I was a few days away from leaving on vacation and the lady on the phone (different than my consultant) was very rude, said I had to come in within 48 hours or they might give my dress away. I made time in a very busy scheduled week and got down there (I live an hour away). When I spoke to someone on the phone, they said I had to try the dress on to make sure it was good because once I paid the final payment, they couldn’t contact the designer anymore if there were flaws. I got there and this time, another rude consultant told me this was wrong and I had to pay before I was allowed to try the dress on– so I did and it seemed fine. I asked to speak to the seamstress about a few things I knew I would need to get altered. She came out and was so incredibly rude and mean, it was unbelievable. I asked about some weird bunching in front and she said it was the dress and to deal with it. I also asked about the bustle and she told me the was I wanted to do it was wrong and huffed when I was I liked the French way. Needless to say I didn’t go to her and she was wrong– the bunching was because that area was too big.
As for the guys, that was a bit of a cluster– we kept getting told about deals on the phone and website and went in a few times and they couldn’t find the deals. Also, they couldn’t find the tux we originally saw in the store– color wise and said they never had it even after we told them the designer and such. I finally looked through their books and found it– it was strange that they have such a good grasp on their dresses but not the tuxes. In the end, the tuxes turned out great and we got a good deal on them– they really worked with us.
Good: nice people, great selection of dresses, very organized with how they do the dresses, good tux selection– especially if you want the elusive slate blue/​grey tux!, and they work with you on the price– especially military
Bad: HORRIBLE seamstress, random consultants that could be rude, tux area seemed a little disorganized.
I have and will continue to recommend this place.

The journey beings! The start of the bridesmaid dress hunt! Dress shop #2, Day 1.
This shop is located right off the 8 freeway, Mission Gorge exit.
The staff here is super friendly. Really cute little dress shop. Most dresses here are samples with the slight potential of being able to sell you a dress off the rack. The dress can’t say «Sample» on the back of it, and be warned, these dress have had lots of wear.
Overall a good experience to start. Lots of purple dresses to chose from… If you have 3 – 4 months to spare. They have a sale rack right outside of the store … $ 15!!!

I only got my veil here, which was a 5-​star experience. However, I’m only giving 4 stars because I really didn’t get the full dress buying experience and can’t comment on how buying a wedding dress or a more involved shopping experience would be here.
This is a relatively small store. I had been to a gazillion places looking for the perfect veil. I wanted something simple, yet full. I didn’t want any embellishments, and a veil without pearls, rhinestones, stitched designs, etc. can be surprisingly hard to find.
I ended up finding the perfect veil on their sale rack for only $ 70 dollars, which is actually really cheap! The only problem was that it was ivory, and since my dress was pure white, I wanted my veil to match. The salesperson talked to the seamstress, who said she could easily make me a pure white veil in the same exact style. I was elated, but what made it an even sweeter deal was that I still got to pay the sale price — for a veil that was going to be made just for me! It took two weeks for it to be ready, which was fine with me.
I was extremely pleased with my experience and definitely recommend that brides who want a more classic and simple veil design give this place a try.
