Dave is awesome and his pricing is fair. Dave has been servicing our home since 2010. His expertise has prevented bugs from invading our home. We live on a canyon so we have creatures of all types near our home. With Dave’s quarterly visits, we rarely see any creatures or bugs in our home. A condo that I own was overrun by cockroach problem and through Unilocal I found David and his company. David came by to inspect and explain in details the process it will take to eliminate the problem. He mentioned that if the problem continues to persist 2 weeks after treatment he would take care of the problem free of charge until it’s eliminated.
In terms of pricing the company may be on the higher end of price range, but if you truly need to get rid of pest infestation it’s worth it.
Overall David is friendly and very easy to work with. Highly recommended for others who face similar issues.

Dave showed up the same day to knock out a wasp nest in our back yard. He is very friendly, efficient, thorough in his explanation, and we believe the pricing was very fair! Highly recommend using their services for any pest control problems you might have.

Called Dave to inquire about an issue I was having. As other reviews have mentioned, he was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and personable in discussing the problem with me. Dave was very honest, and informed me that my issue was probably better serviced by purchasing and regularly using a drain enzyme flush rather than any treatments he knew of. Instead of charging me for a visit and a treatment that was maybe unlikely to help, he gave me great advice on how to proceed in treating the problem. I will definitely call him again for any future needs, and recommend his services based on his customer service and expertise alone.

First off WOW! Dave is so awesome, its nice to see the owner/​operator of the company out on the job too.
My initial phone call with Dave was awesome, he is so knowledgeable and willing to talk to you about his profession and what he can do to help you. After having about a 20 minute phone conversation with Dave I was pretty confident in him to get the job done correctly. I told him the size of my house and yard and he was able to estimate a price of $ 300 for the initial visit which at first my wife and I thought was a little high but I still felt confident that he was going to fix my ant and flea problem.
Dave showed up on Saturday, we almost had to reschedule the appointment but he called me in the morning to find out if it was raining or had rained at my house yet because the location he was at was raining and he wanted to make sure that he could do the service today. Dave and Owen showed up around noon and take took about 30 minutes looking at our property and house and taking time to explain the chemicals he was using and how he was going to do the yard. We had to vacate the premises because they were going to spray for fleas in our home, after talking to Dave and Owen I felt confident leaving my home in their care.
Took them probably about an hour and fifteen minutes to complete the work, and Dave called me after he was done to say he locked everything up and he took the time to spray the under-​side of our home for fleas, he also took some more time to explain other details that he found at our house.
Overall I am very happy, Dave was easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable. I am now going to be on the quarterly plan for ants and I am confident that Dave and Allied Services Pest Elimination will keep the pests away. If your looking for pest control services call Dave and he will get them dead!

If your looking for a pest control company that is honest, and truly cares about there customer, look no further! The owner is one of the nicest people I have met which to say the least is rare now a days! I would recommend this company to anyone that is need of pest control. Well… I had used Allied a few years back for some pest control, and been satisfied with the service. We used them for some semi annual follow up service a few times, then put the service on hold as we had some work done on the house which took about 18 months.
So I contacted them again last week about coming out to the house and refreshing the bait in some of the traps and doing some spay work.
I had an appointment with Dave at my house today at 4 PM. He called at 5:30 to let me know he had some concerns about the weather, and today wasn’t a good day and… blah blah blah
Now everyone has a bad day and all, but I pointed out that the appointment was 90 minutes ago and I would have loved a heads up before I left work early. And that is when DAVE FIRED ME for not scheduling a service appointment for 2 years.
I guess I wasn’t worth his time.

We recently bought a house in Point Loma that had some serious rodent and spider problems. After Allied’s assesment and treatments its like night and day… we couldn’t be happier and will continue regular treatments. AWESOME SERVICE! We wouldn’t recomend anyone else for pest service, Allied Pest and the owner Dave are the best. Pet friendly, comprehensive evaluations, and consistent. Simply put top-​notch professional pest service.

I don’t ever really do reviews unless I’m extremely moved by the person and extremely satisfied with the work. In this case, I’m beyond all expectations and for that reason why I am leaving a review. Being a hands on guy myself, I was willing to try and exterminate the pest myself but having no knowledge at all, I guess I just have to leave it to a professional. Dave is an extremely nice man! Talking to him and his wife, I felt like I’ve known the them for years! I didn’t have to explain much to him, when it came down to the pest, he already knew the problems I was having in my house. Very reasonable, very personable, and a perfectionist when it comes to his work! So far so good. I haven’t seen one bug since! If you want the job done right I highly recommend him!!! Very happy with the choice I made for pest control! Thank you sir!

Dave is amazing as advertised. When he came to our house we were swarmed with ants and spiders. I haven’t seen a single trace of any of these pests since he’s been here. He also provided me with great information as well.
Dave is the owner and primary operator of his business. I have no reservations about using this service. It was well priced, easy to schedule, and very personable.

The service and communication with this company was amazing! I called on a Friday and they were at my house on Saturday afternoon.
We were having a really bad issue with ants everywhere. They were streaming on the walls of the house and just generally into everything! They sprayed the perimeter inside and outside and I have not seen an ant since! It’s been a month with not even one ant anywhere on my property. I signed up for quarterly service. I am a true believer !

Stand up guy that seems like he knows what he’s talking about. I would recommend his services again in the future!

Although we didn’t end up using this company’s service, this review is based on the excellent service I received from the owner, Dave, over the phone. The only reason we didn’t go with them is that our landlord had an existing account with another company and scheduled with her regular guy instead (she’s paying, so she picks).
I called yesterday to ask about their solutions for roaches and Dave spent about 25 minutes educating me on the various products and techniques they use. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, having 30+ years of experience, friendly, and he was also very honest — wouldn’t give any guarantees as bugs do come back but gave me a lot of tips on what products work and why, and what we should expect any decent exterminator to do for this problem.
Dave also uses products that are highly effective but not dangerous for pets or people. By contrast, the service my landlord scheduled requires us to be out of the house for 4 hours, which is a bit of an inconvenience with the cat. I would definitely consider using Allied Services Pest Elimination in the future.

I’ve been with David and his team for a year now and I have had nothing but exceptional service every time. The products they use are highly effective at treating pests and they will work with you on scheduling. I can’t recommend them any more strongly — the very best! Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.

We used Allied Services 3 years ago to get rid of a horrible ant problem. We did not have an ant for THREE years in the house after they came out. Just starting getting ants again and called David since we were so pleased with how well it worked. He had someone come out the next day since I was worried because we were going out of town. I highly Recommend them!

I felt so conflicted writing this review because the owner was so nice on the phone and very sweet.
We moved into our new house and i heard noises which my husband suspected could be mice or even rats.
We had them come out and traps were placed outside and my husband was given small traps to put down around the house.
When i arrived home i was disappointed to see that a full assesment had not been done, i waited a week and still found droppings and heard noises all around our house and reviewed the invoice we paid to Allied.
I didnt see any mention of a warranty but for the amount i paid i called elsewhere and had someone else come out. The new company inspected the bottom of the house, climbed on to our roof, went up into our attic and for just a little more we have three additional months of coverage and unlimited visits.
We were shown exactly what areas needed to be shut/​covered to prevent entry.
Things rodents were using to create a nest were identified, i was more satisfied with this other company and really should have shopped around a bit more.
I am only rating three stars because i experienced better else where.

Based on Unilocal,I contacted David at Allied Services Pest. We set a time to meet up and Cid came over and took a look around my property. My initial pest problem were ants entering the house, so Cid did the needful and there hasn’t been any problems since.
Great service, easy to work with, and great results. You can’t ask for more!
