Angelica has the perfect blend of skin therapy and pampering. I use to struggle with cystic acne that would scar and hyperpigmentate. After a couple sessions with Angelica, my cystic acne decreased and now we are working on clearing my skin of the hyperpigmentation. Not only do I walk out with glowing, clear skin but feel like I’ve spent the day at the spa.

I go to Angelica for a brazlian wax, i would never go to anyone else. She is always so delicate, and has great stories to distract me from what I am there for.

Rhonda is truly an amazing person. She made my facial experience during Mother’s Day memorable. The entire time was very relaxing and comfortable. Even talking to her was very pleasant and knows how to keep it to a minimum. She really knows how to take care of her clients skin. Her face has a natural glow. I kind of want to reach to that level. During the classic facial, I really enjoyed the shoulder, arm, and hand massage. It felt like I was lifted off and went to paradise. I will most likely come to enjoy this experience again.

I went in for a facial with microdermabrasion. Rhonda is very experienced, has an expert and delicate touch, and is a sweetheart. She made me feel comfortable before and during the treatment, and she is not pushy at all, which I greatly appreciate. I loved the upper body massage and the amazing music she played during our session as well! Overall, a great experience!

Rhonda is the best esthetician I have ever used in my many decades of getting facials! She really takes the time to learn about your skin to ensure you are getting the most customized facial you can have. She uses the top of the line products and is truly gifted at applying her experience in techniques and knowledge. The salon is peaceful and you will leave feeling pampered… like you deserve to be! I’m very picky when it comes to my facials, But I was lucky enough to be treated by Angelica. She customized the facial to my needs and did an amazing job at it! Now, a week later, my face still feels fresh and clean. I will differently come back for another facial in a couple of weeks.

From the first time I came in Rhonda was very friendly, warm, knowledgeable and (most of all) honest! I have never felt like she wanted to push products on me purely for sales reasons — this is even when I ask her about products to see if I should get them. She was always telling me to wait and see how my skin reacts to the current products she’s given me to use.

I love this place! Angelica is absolutely amazing and she’s so sweet. I get the Green with Envy facial and my adult acne has completely cleared up. I’m very happy I chose A Touch of Clover and Angelica for my facials. If you are getting a facial for the first time and your unsure definitely give them a chance you will not be disappointed.

The Touch Of Clover staff is professional, respectful and stays current with their services and products. I haven’t posted for awhile so I thought I would let you know that this place is now a regular part of my skin care régime. For every visit, my skin is evaluated before the facial starts so that my specific facial matches my needs. I have never had a better facial anywhere in the world.
My visits has paid off– I always get positive comments about my skin, even from my manicurist and hair dresser!
Parking isn’t an issue at this location, as I park across the street right next to Starbucks and Golden Spoon and pick up a latte or a yogurt on the way home.

Rhonda is absolutely incredible! She is very knowledgeable and really takes the time to learn about you and your skin. I was planning on scheduling a one time facial as a little gift to myself, but after my first experience I have become a regular client seeing Rhonda once a month. I feel so great about taking care of my skin and truly appreciate her guidance. She has counseled me regarding products that will be the best fit for my needs and they have been wonderful. I never felt that she was trying to «sell» product and appreciated the fact that we took my skincare regiment in stages, slowly adding product as needed. This place is located inside the laser café in hillcrest so parking can be difficult– that’s the only negative I’ll say about this place!
I just moved to San Diego not too long ago, so I’ve been searching for a good, well educated esthetician to fill the shoes of my rockstar back home.
Rhonda has seemed to do that for me! She tells you everything she’s putting on your skin & the benefits it has. She’s very engaging & has the softest hands
I would def recommend this place to anyone that is looking for improvement with their skin, or just maintaining your youth.

Rhonda and Angelica are wonderful! I’ve received facials from both ladies. They use amazing products and the environment is very nice and calming!

I had one hour deep pour cleansing facial with Angelica and it was wonderful. I take a good care of my skin but between all the travels and international move in last 3 months, my skin was stressed out which caused many small breakouts on my forehead, dehydration, and just not looking smooth overall. She extracted all the bumps and I left with super smooth glowing skin! Massage was very relaxing as well. She gave me a sample of serum and didn’t push me to buy anything unlike some places I have been. I will be back again.

A Touch of Clover is located inside the Laser Café. Per a conversation with Rhonda, the building used to be split in 3 buildings, was converted to a warehouse, and then reconverted to individual spaces again. Since the main entrance is the Laser Café, which is closed on Sundays and Mondays, you have to wait outside until your appointment time if you come during a time that the Laser Café is closed.
The best thing about Rhonda is that she was completely honest about my skin and doesn’t skirt around my problems because the rest of my face has pretty nice skin. I’m used to hearing, «Oh, your skin is so perfect!» but Rhonda pointed out that I might have some sun damage and that my malias will need extra exfoliation before they go away.
My facial itself was amazing. Rhonda was very patient with me and explained all of the products she used on my face and how it would help my skin. We also talked about our lives, which made it a lot more relaxing as I got to know her as a person.
I will definitely be coming back to see Rhonda — for the wedding she recommended I come back every 4 – 6 weeks and had recommended a cleanser, two serums, and sunscreen for me to use.

I’ve been coming here the last couple of months or so and I’ve already had 2 facial treatments with Rhonda. I am absolutely satisfied and Rhonda is the sweetest! She sat with me and listened to my concerns since I have very sensitive skin. After establishing what my goals were with my skin care needs and talked about what goals I’d like to accomplish she worked her magic and I’ve walked out extremely happy.
Rhonda does have her own products but is never pushy about selling them to you. She leaves it up to you whether or not you’d like to purchase anything. I’ve bought a couple of her products off from her recommendations and I am very happy. I’ve already noticed improvement in my overall complexion. If you’ve never had a facial or had a bad experience in the past push those fears aside since you’ll be in good hands here. Book your appointment and thank me later :)

I have seen Rhonda and I have nothing but positive feedback to say about her. First off she is probably one of the sweetest people I have ever met for my beauty needs. She listened to me about how sensitive my skin was and during my facial she made sure to use only the products that would work well with me. I had no issues when I left the appointment. Secondly, I have been using a few of the products that she has for sale and my face as never felt so soft and looked so young as it does now from using them. I am currently using a serum, moisturizer and sun block from the Rhonda Allison and Dermaquest lines. Thank you Rhonda for helping me stay young and feeling so beautiful.
