I tried this service when I had three large items that needed to be laundered — two Queen size polar-​tec blankets and a Queen size padded mattress cover that must be air dried. I dropped off the items one afternoon and retrieved them the next day, clean and in perfect condition. For fluff and fold, they weighed the three items and charged $ 2.00 a pound ($ 20 minimum), which is an incredible bargain, I think, for what I needed done. They also offer pick up and delivery service to the greater downtown area, for a small extra fee. The only issue, if you are driving, is the lack of downtown parking, although there is a loading zone in front of the not too glamorous hotel next door. It seems available for a quick trip inside the shop. Also, there is no counter in the entrance, and payment is at the attached convenience store. I am incredibly pleased by the friendly and professional service I received. I will recommend them — and definitely use them again!

THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE. The owners should be ashamed, how do they sleep at night. This is such a good example of a business that exploits disenfranchised populations. They jack prices up because they know the majority of their customers can’t go anywhere else. The people are EXTREMELY RUDE TO MINORITIES. If you are black, homeless, or gay, the people that work there are going to treat you very very bad. I have seen them yell and scream at people. Half of their washers and dryers are out of order and so are the people that work there.

My first experience with a wash n fold service. Very convenient for us traveling when our hotel didn’t offer it. Clearly run by hard-​working people and why I give this a 4-​star rating. Our laundry was over an hr after promised which affected our day and required two trips w difficulty parking nearby. Otherwise happy with the service.

I’ve lived down the street from this place for years and never knew about it. It’s the best, you drop your clothes off and for only $ 2/​lb they wash and fold all your clothes. Best part is same day service and the hours of operation are pretty much ²⁴⁄₇.

I brought in my clothes for the fluff and fold they did an excellent job. Main reason for the five star is they found $ 100 in my jeans and gave it back to me! Thank you great job

One of the best dry cleaners ever in downtown and best of all they do same day cleaning I had my clothes ready in 3 hours and still made my flight on time! Defiantly recommend this please to anyone. Great service and fast turn around, I can’t forget to mention they have a deli next door best sandwiches !

Love this place! Great affordable prices, owners are super sweet, and my laundry gets done very quickly. Most importantly I can always count on picking up my laundry in perfect condition.

This is hands down the only place I go and get my cloths fluff & folded. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Make sure to check them out. If you are doing your own laundry you can go to the bat across the stretch and grab a drink at taste and thirst.

First time using a fluff and fold service and this one was great from start to finish. I added pick up and delivery and both were right on time when they estimated. Everything came back smelling clean and was neatly folded in bags with tissue and ribbon. The woman on the phone even mentioned that there was a tear in my husband’s flight suit that she mended free of charge which I thought was very kind.

This place rocks… they have fluff and fold and full line dry cleaners as well as alteration service. They also have a grocery store next door with large variety of snacks and goodies. The young guy that runs the front is super cool. Love this place

I was visiting SD after a race and had some seriously stinky clothes that I did not want hanging around for the rest of my vacation. I found this place on Unilocal and it was only half a mile from my hotel. They have a 10 pound minimum at $ 2 a pound. My hotel wanted about $ 6 a piece so this was a great deal. I paid another $ 5 for delivery and we had it back in about 3 hours. Everything was folded and smelled great. The convenience was great and I would use the again. Only took off a store because they seemed a bit disorganized at drop off and not particularly friendly.

This place is amazing. I do my laundry here every time I’m in town for work and their delivery service never fails. Drop everything off on my way to work, when I get back at the end of the day I have all my clothes back, folded and delivered.
There were two other laundry services I tried in this area, one stained all my whites pink (I didn’t have anything red…) and the other lost garments. This place has been 100% on point every time.
Comparing costs to what I was paying for in hotel laundry services, this shop comes in around with roughly 75% cost savings just for dropping off. Well worth the time.
Parking here can be a challenge, I typically park in the white loading /​unloading zone for the adjacent hotel. They never gave me crap, but it’s a 10 min free parking area, so if they do you have a leg to stand on ;-)

The price is a little high, $ 2 a pound and a 10# minimum but you know what? They had my laundry ready in TWO HOURS AND it semlled great and was packed up in a nice paper department store style bag. LOVE IT!

First Time Experience using a laundry service (Wash/​Fold) and I must say that I was impressed. Very friendly staff, quick turnaround and all my items were neatly packaged. I would absolutely recommend this service, specially since it cost almost the same to do it yourself. What a time saver!
UPDATE:
I have used the «Wash n’ Press» service a few times now– the last time I used it I had asked for my shirts and pants to be pressed but when my items were returned they had only done a «Wash n’ Fold». After speaking with them, they quickly came to correct their mistake but I was upset to hear I would be charged because I had made myself very clear to both the lady on the phone and the young man who picked my items up. They all seemed to be in a rush and I didn’t feel they had my full attention when I explained the services I required. At 6 pm the following night my items were returned and when I looked at them the following day I was upset to find non of the items were pressed with creases like I had expected them to be. I have had these services before and they arrived to me pressed with creases every time. I left feeling like I was causing them an inconvenience and upset that I was charged for their mistakes and still didn’t end up with the results I desired.
