My work buys their products pretty often, radiators, A/​C equipment, and all my encounters have been great. They hire the nicest people, their prices are unbeatable, and they deliver swiftly! I see no reason why we would ever go anywhere else.

I’m on my second radiator from this business. The first worked flawlessly for more than three years, then developed a small leak when I bumped my SUV into a concrete wall. There was no serious damage to the vehicle, but it was apparently enough of a jolt to damage the radiator. I put a lot of miles on that radiator including some rough off-​road driving. I see that one reviewer has unfortunately experienced a string of problems. However, in my case the connection between my driving error and the commencement of the leak is too obvious to dispute. I wouldn’t try to hold the manufacturer responsible for my mistake.
The company may offer more than one kind of radiator for your vehicle. For my 1998 Nissan Pathfinder, I had a choice of an aluminum-​core radiator with plastic top and bottom tanks, similar to the lame stock radiator which is guaranteed to develop a crack in the top tank near the top hose connection; or an all-​metal unit with a dual copper core and brass tanks for about $ 100 more. Because I value my time, I went for the all-​metal choice both times.
Read the fine print on the warranty carefully — It doesn’t take effect until you have the cooling system inspected by whoever installs it. (It doesn’t say anything to indicate that you can’t do the installation and inspection yourself; but I can’t say that means they’ll honor an inspection done by someone who isn’t a «real» mechanic.) The concept of a «lifetime» warranty on a radiator seems a bit sketchy to me as I regard pretty much every component of a vehicle as something that can wear out under normal use.
If you are in the San Diego area, order from the National City warehouse rather than the Kearny Mesa facility if possible. The prices are lower. ;-)

This business sells inferior quality radiators. They say the radiators have a lifetime guarantee, but when the radiator starts leaking, trust me, they’re going to find a reason why this is not manufacturer’s defect and therefore the guarantee is worthless. I have seen 3 of their radiators leak in exactly the same spot — at the very end of one of the top rows, where it joins the side. Pay more and go buy a better quality one, made in the USA, somewhere else.

Also, the radiator came with a lifetime warranty, giving me a little peace of mind knowing that I can get a free replacement should it ever fail. Wouldn’t hesitate to do business with these guys again if I ever need another radiator.
