Established in 1985.

Car Glo has been around since the mid 80’s. What started as a mobile delivery service is now much more than just that. We have an easy to navigate website, still offer a delivery service, and now a retail store.

The selection at Car Glo is awesome and Jared is so knowledgeable about what chemicals to use and when to use them. He was very willing to demonstrate some of his products and show me some techniques right there! This place is an invaluable resource and i definitely recommend coming here.

Awesome selection and service! Jared is really knowledgeable about all of the products and can really go into detail about the use and different techniques needed to get the best results for all of the products. I was shocked at the great prices and just the amount of different products there are for each and every aspect of car detailing. This was a great find and i couldn’t be happier. I definitely will be back (frequently) and would highly recommend this place to any car enthusiast or detailer!

Im not a pro detailer. I just like to clean my own car, when possible. I’ve been looking to move up from the mainstream Walmart/​PepBoys stuff, so I did a Google search on «Where to buy Rupes polisher in San Diego, and this Unilocal buisness came up. So I had alot of questions about what to use; polishers, pads, compounds. The owner, Jared, was super patient, informative, knowledgeable, & personable. He spent ~40mins just talking & teaching me best practices, without even really pushing any of his merchandise on me. And half that time bled into his posted Closed Hours. Of course I bought a few things I already knew I wanted, but Jared is so casual, I have to go back because I forgot to buy the wheel cleaner he recommended to me. Car Glo has my buisness, hands down: knowledgeable, helpful, no-​pressure sales. You’ll love it here too!

If you’re looking for quality detailing products & supplies look no further, CarGlo is an absolutely awesome company! Jared the owner is extremely professional and actually knows how to use every single product he makes and sells in store.
Jared is more than knowledgeable when it comes to giving recommendations on new products and giving quality advice on how to be more profitable. He and his family have been in the detailing business for years so they have a deep understand of the industry and speak the language. I’ve been to dozens of detail supply shops that hardly even know what they’re selling other than the brand name of the product and what can be read on the label.
If you’re a professional or even an enthusiast I would highly recommend stopping by CarGlo to see what Jared can do for you, your car, or your business.

I stopped in just looking for some products for my personal car. Jared was super knowledgable and friendly they also sell a lot of their products in smaller sizes which is great if you’re not a commercial auto detailer. I bought a used car that use to be parked under a tree that dripped sap. I was afraid I would never be able to get it off. I went in and Jared was very helpful. He went outside with me and used a product called TR2 on the sap and was able to get off a quarter panel for me. I bought a bottle of TR2 and was able to remove the rest of the sap! Thank you CarGlo! I will definitely be coming back, and recommending you to everyone!
