Bow Wow Beautiful Pet Spa

DEFINITELY at the TOP of my list for Dog Grooming in San Clemente! I took Oscar in for a bath and quick trim and they did an amazingly beautiful job. Even more importantly, it was clear that they did so calmly — as he can sometimes get a little weirded out and frightened by some groomers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bow Wow and will be back soon.

The fact that these ladies have nothing but 5 star reviews pretty much says it all. They are amazing groomers, second to none, but that is not all. My dogs love going to their weekly appointment! Heidi and Danielle treat every dog like their own. They are incredibly loving to the dogs, and always a pleasure to talk to. They are also very accommodating, and are always willing to work around your schedule. They are easily the best dog groomer I’ve ever used, and I highly recommend them to everyone!

I found Heidi seven years ago when she worked at another grooming salon. She is such an amazing, skilled groomer that I’ve followed her until she finally made it to her best arena, her Bow Wow Beautiful salon. (If you look back at my other reviews about grooming salons they were only about Heidi!). I moved to California eleven years ago; I haven’t even had the same doctor for that long. Heidi goes above and beyond for her customers and I have always been very happy with her work on my Golden Retriever. You owe it to yourself and your animals to go here!

Wonderful service that completely surpassed my expectations and raised the bar for my hometown groomer that we go to!
I found Bow Bow on a whim– we were driving thru southern california to visit family around Christmas time when I searched Unilocal for a nearby groomer. We have a 4yr old chocolate english lab named Hug that has foul breath and a healthy under coat. She also hates to have her feet touched and she can be quite a handful in a new place.
Not only did they take me in without an appointment but Danielle eased my girl and settled her into place. When we came back to get her it was like I had a new dog. Her nails were not only trimmed, but smooth and round. Her teeth were brushed. Her hair was so soft and DRY! She felt skinny she had lost so much hair! They sent us home with a goodie bag of locally made pet treats, a cute sparkly Holiday bandana and they even made us a Christmas ornament with her picture on it. Thank You Bow Wow Beautiful Pet Spa! I wished I lived in southern california– Hug would be a regular customer!

Bow Wow Beautiful is the best grooming place my dogs have ever been to! My King Charles and black lab are always so pretty when they come home after a visit to see Heidi and her crew. Heidi takes good care in grooming and helps to keep the dogs healthy and happy. She points out any concerns if they need any treatment for things like an ear infection etc. I recommend her shop to anyone who gets their dog groomed!

This place is the best. my dog Fifi absolutely loves Heidi and always comes home looking beautiful. Customer service is on point and they even sent my dog home with a personalized ornament with her picture on it. So cute! The people at this shop love what they do and it shows!

I have one very hairy husky! Bow-​Wow-​Beautiful makes my husky not so hairy! They do an AWESOME job in removing the undercoat & flyaways. Sometimes I think they send me home with a different dog LOL. I also love that they never send me home with a damp dog! The staff is friendly & my dog runs to their door which definitely makes me feel good dropping him off. Two paws up!

Wow! I have never been impressed enough to sign up on Unilocal and write a review — until today! This place is amazing! Not only did they allow me to drop in on my lunch break to have my dogs nails trimmed, they treated her as if she were their own and took their time with her since she is sensitive with her feet and nails. Thank you so much to everyone at Bow Wow Beautiful Pet Spa! Everyone was super sweet and I could tell that you all love what you do! I cannot wait to bring Stella back for a spa day with you ladies! I love this place! So glad i found them on Unilocal all the reviews are true! They were so wonderful and nice. Danielle (I believe) called me back after I left a vm and was so nice on the phone. I was able to take my English bulldog in the same day. He got a bath with the works and a teeth brushing. He is usually nervous at places like these and he wasn’t bad! When I picked him up he looked great! Wasn’t sluggish or anything. He smells great and is so soft. Prices are great too! I will be recommending them to everyone and will be bringing my dog back every month. Thank you for the awesome service!

Heidi is fantastic, BOW WOW BEAUTIFUL, is so clean and calm. I have know Heidi for a long time and she is a professional all the way. Her staff is so helpful all the time, and so is Heidi.

My mobile groomer had relocated to another state, so I decided to try Bow Wow, which is very near where I live. Really pleased at the cleanliness of the facility; staff seems to be experienced, especially with noisy little dogs, which one of mine is.
I will definitely use them again.

These ladies do a really great job getting our sweeties looking their best. They work really hard to get the haircut just right. (Even when I don’t know myself how I want it. Lol)

This place is amazing! I take my chihuahua here to get washed, nails trimmed, ears cleaned, etc. I’m scared to take my dog anywhere because she is scared of people and other dogs. They are so gentle and always call her by name when I come in. I would highly recommend this groomer to anyone. They are priced super reasonable. They are extremely clean and friendly. They also sell clothes for great prices!!!

Bow Wow Beautfiul is wonderful! I stopped in spontaneously to check it out and make an appt to have my dog bathed. The girl (who’s the asst.) at the front was really kind and helpful and she is the reason I decided to try it. She made me an appt right away. They were caring and compassionate and their prices are GREAT.
This will be my new regular groomer.

He can be feisty at times, but as we come more often we think he is getting used to the grooming process! We are very happy with having a local shop that takes extra care in making my pup feel special! And a great price too!

This is a great place to bring you dog. They are very good at what they do and you can really tell that they love the dogs. I will be bringing my buttercup here as long as we’re in the area. Highly recommended.

Our sweet little maltipoo hates going to the groomer with a fiery passion. We had not found a good fit yet. The last place we went was hit and miss with how they would do with him.
I was chatting with another dog owner and the park and they recommended Bow Wow Beautiful. They were great. He was still not thrilled, but they were patient with him and did a fantastic job. It’s wonderful to find a local spot that does such great work.
