CB CycleBarn® is a dedicated indoor cycling studio that offers classes to all fitness levels and has cardio for everyone.

TheBarn’s understanding that different people define fun differently is what makes CB CycleBarn awesome.

If you want A$$ kicking, high intensity cardio, TheBarn has a CB2 Performance IQ class that has riders competing with each other on real time leaderboards. If that is too intense & you want a dance inspired PartyOnABike style class, TheBarn offers… CB2 Rhythm. If you want to add upper body resistance to your indoor cycling class, TheBarn has CB2 TotalBody. If you want a Christian celebration indoor cycling class, TheBarn proudly offers CB2 RevelationRevolution. Finally, if you want a class that is a traditional style Spin class or Spinning class, we offer CB2 Cycle.

There is something for everyone.

Our online reservation system let’s you book your bike and is EASY and saves you time! There is no waiting in line, no class pass, and no waiting by your computer or phone for a week to be released.

But that’s not all…

You choose if you want a bike near a fan/​away from a fan, near the speakers/​away from the speakers, or wherever you want in the SaddleRoom. New to TheBarn and not sure what your want, click on an instructors name. You’ll find a bio and a little about their class style. Some instructors like it loud. Some like it really loud. Some edit their music, some do not. You pick. It’s your class, your way @ CB2.

History

Established in 2012.

TheBarn opened its doors on Thanksgiving day to 3 sold out classes and since then, we have stuck to our mission of keeping it fun first and letting fitness follow.

Our customers LOVE us and voted us the BEST spin classes in Orange County on the OC HotList our fist year in business!

Karen is a 14 year fitness professional who focuses on FUN & then fitness. When it is FUN people come back & when they keep coming back, they see results!

Karen’s mission with CB CycleBarn®

is to offer variety of indoor cycling classes

that foster personal growth, a sense of community,

& an opportunity to transform one’s body, mind, and spirit. She built a TEAM devoted to customer service and to creating the ultimate indoor cycling experience.

Whether you are an elite athlete, new to exercise, or haven’t worked out in a while, TheBarn appeals to everyone. Karen «gets it.» Not everyone wants the same thing from an indoor cycle class. She fuses a traditional

indoor cycling (aka Spin class) foundation with SoulCycle inspired classes & emais ride data to riders after every class.

Karen is committed to Keeping It Fun and to TheBarn’s mission. She and the CB2 TEAM of instructors & staff honor the mission, everyday by treating customers with genuine respect, kindness, & gratitude.
