Established in 1993, (formerly Complete Concrete Service, Inc) R.J. Pollock Concrete Service is a licensed, bonded and insured company. Based in San Carlos, California, we have been in the concrete business in San Carlos for over 21 years. Since 1993, we have been serving San Mateo County and the greater San Francisco Bay Area, from San Francisco to Sunnyvale.
