Service was so bad that I had to beg for a beer and when I finally got her attention she called me childish for waving… I work in the service industry and I wish I could rate this place better? But worst bar in San Antonio so far.

I do not recommend this bar to anyone! I was there this past Friday evening just to have a couple of beers with a friend. I haven’t been out in over a year! We played music on the juke box and overrode what was playing. Let me tell you! There where 4 individuals there that didnt appreciate that at all. One woman came from one side and cussed us out and called us nothing but trouble makers. Antoher grown man sarcastically said «oh thank you for playing your music». Then his wife came up to my friend and was in her face yelling and cussing her as to why we overrode the music. That her husband paid good money, well she paid more to listen to her music now. She told the woman it is a free country, Is this not true? What really got to me is when you have costumer’s «grown men» talking to woman so ugly, i was even called a lesbian! Really, happily married with 3 kids, so no I am not a lesbian. Just out to have a couple of beers and listen to some music. If your establishment doesn’t want to have a diffrent genre of music played or have music overrode then you need to change your settting to the juke box. I was very upset, angry, embarrassed. Please becareful i you decide to visit this establishment. The only ONE good thing i can say about this place is that the bartender really held it together and tried to make peace. She tried to keep the ladies and the men from coming to our table. Really guys, GROW UP!!!
I will never visit this place again!!!

It could be that we were there on an off day… But I doubt it.
I thought this would be a cool place to stop by, because I always look forward to neighborhood bars, but this was disappointing. Especially after reading previous reviews online. Here’s why:
Service… It really wasn’t.
Atmosphere… Not impressed. Guys sitting at the bar, with one having to cuss loud enough to overcome the loud music and sound from too many fans blowing. It was 71 degrees outside, but felt like 60 inside.
Fruit flies or gnats in the men’s room, and on the patio were annoying.
Everything could of been made better if when I had to get up to get us more beer, there would of been someone at the bar. Instead, I waited a couple of minutes until the bartender came in, grabbed a beer, talked to another Patron, then walked right past me without a word. She came back a minute later, but it felt more like she thought she was doing me a favor.
I seriously doubt we’ll be back.

I was here on Saturday night. There was a karaōke dj. Everyone having a good time. Good place to just hang out.

This was a great hang out, but the music was too loud for such a small place. However the bartender did a great job and very friendly.

We came here on lazy Sunday afternoon to check it out. I’ve been to alot of dive bars. but this place is hard to categorize it as so. We talked to one of the friendly bar tenders there and he explained the whole remodeling of the place. What I really like is that the bar is an open air inside outside bar. depending on the weather, the place looks like a great summer afternoon bar. This bar is a hidden gem for it’s location. Check it out if your ever in the area.

They upgraded the place a lot. Now that its Xmas, they decorated the inside with lights and a tree. Theres a new big flat screen tv, golden tee game, and updated jukebox. The prices haven’t change and are very reasonable. The girls during the day are cute and have great attitudes. I really appreciate how close it is to the train, when it passes through there is a .25 discount on beer. This is my new hang out spot, for sure.

Friendly bar tenders, cold beer, awesome atmosphere. It’s a great place to relax, drink and have a good time.
