This is for the real location in the food court. The other bad review was for the thing they had going on downstairs near Dillard’s.

For a pizza joint in a food court, this is fantastic. Plenty of meats and the cheese isn’t greasy. If you’re a fan of their standalone restaurants, you know what to expect from this«Express» version. The stuffed pies are sauce-less, so you get the red sauce on the side for dipping purposes. If you’re not expecting that, it can be off-putting but the end result is control over how much tomato flavour you want. Bottom line is if you’re getting hangry and stuck at North Star, this is your best fast dining option.

I can’t believe we ate here. My wife had a good experience with her pasta dish, I will caveat it with that, but other than that, it was the worst food I have had in a very long time. I will start with a quote from my grandmother, «if you break the noodles, you will go to hell». She was pretty old world about her cooking. She takes food seriously to say the least. I understand that this is in a mall, but there are a lot of nice restaurants in malls. I ordered veal parmigiana, so I completely expected a piece of veal and some pasta with cheese and sauce. I am proud to announce that this is ALMOST what I got! There were 3 small heavily beaten pieces of veal. Then, it was fried past jerky tough. I literally could not cut it with the knife. Seriously? Indeed. Now, not being able to cut and eat the veal, in a meal that is named after the veal, is not the worst part. I think it’s time to que grandma, THEYBROKETHENOODLES! I think this is grounds for no one ever, and I mean EVER going to this restaurant. This is the first and only Italian restaurant I have ever been to that broke the noodles. This is unforgivable and then in keeping with their overcooking strategy, they were complete mush. Let’s recap: overcooked, destroyed and plastic-like veal with mashed potato like noodles that were broken into small pieces. Worst meal at an Italian restaurant, EVER.
