Store manager, Chris, went above and beyond my expectations. I needed my headlights replaced, but I also requested that I be allowed to watch. After a few short minutes in the waiting room, I was offered that opportunity. Chris was patient with me, answering all of my questions and showing me, step by step, how to approach a proper headlight replacement. I was pleasantly surprised with my visit and would recommend this place to others.

They’re so incredibly polite and honest. Chris showed me the things I might be needing soon and a few things I needed while I was there. He even honored a competitor’s coupon without hesitation. I found my new permanent place to get all my services done!

This was my second time to try to figured out what is wrong with my car. they overcharge me way to much, luckily I did not except repair. They will try to sell you things that you don’t need. especially if you are woman, they will take advantages and screw you over! They told me that my car has the same issue like last time, but when i told them it was a different car last time, they tried to come up with another story. There will not be third time for me!

Terrible customer service and loyalty. I brought my car there for 3 years and 1 day they had to keep it over night. No biggie i thought, but when i picked up my car, the front bumper was hit so hard the corner light popped out. The owner would not even talk to me himself about helping to repair it. I don’t recommend ANYONE going here if they actually like their car.

The guys working here really went out of their way to help me. I just moved here and was getting my Texas Safety inspection when they noticed my rim was cracked. It was a Sunday afternoon and almost every place to get rims was closed. They went out of their way to help my find a place, by calling around, and give me directions. They have a customer for life as long as I’m in San Antonio

I agree with the previous Unilocaler Erica. They are extremely helpful and their customer service is outstanding!!! I usually HATE getting my oil changed b/​c places usually always want to «add one more» service… this place does not! I will be using them forever now!

I have been going to kwik kar for almost 3 years now. The men working there are always incredibly nice (opening the door for you, etc). I trust that they arent going to rip me off like some places because they tell me what actually needs to be done or if it is just a suggestion. This is the only place in SA I will get my oil changed at now.
