This place was a life saver. Me and my family were traveling cross state and our car overheated. We pulled in and the owner of the shop straight away started helping us. Took a quick look and was able to tell the problem right away. Took him about 20 minutes to fix. I had the same issue before at other places and was charged a ton of money. These guys fixed it quick and at a fair reasonable price. Haven’t had any issues since and trip is going fine. Very Highly recommend to go here for car repairs.

Wisdom… since my insurance covers emergency roadside service, I avoided the towing fee today! This costs me $ 3.xx every 6 months folks. Totally got my money’s worth from this fee.

I spoke to Doug on the phone for price quotes and he allowed me to bring in my own starter. There was no wait when the tow truck arrived to the shop, Doug went straight to work on my Honda Civic. I am an inquisitive person and asked lots of questions regarding my car and how it works. He was very patient with all my questions. This business is veteran owned, gives a 10% military discount, and will beat other BUSINESS competitors prices! DEF’s labor rate is super economical compared to many other automotive shops that I researched. While on their Facebook page, I came across an offer for a FREE oil change offer. I mentioned this offer upon arrival and it wasn’t a problem. Doug completed the oil change quickly! The drive was about 25 minutes north of my home but so WORTH IT for the service received and the money saved, approximately $ 350! I was so impressed that I received a quote for another service needed. I will be back for more work and will be referring this place to all my military friends.
