DO NOT rent from this place! They are the worst people to work with. Let me tell you the story.
Was supposed to pick 24 teens up from a residence at 5:30. Arrived at 6:30…
Was supposed to pick those same 24 teens up from a restaurant. Arrived 45 minutes LATE. And this is AFTER they called the driver at least 10 times!!! Let’s continue…
Almost arrived to the prom late, causing those 24 teens to panic and call ahead to avoid being turned away at the door.
OK, prom done. Driver was on time to pick the 24 teens up from the prom. Off to Laser Quest for some more fun!
Fun over. It’s 1:15 in the morning. The bus is late. Teen calls the driver and he states he’s 30 minutes out. Once arrived, the teens ended up waiting AN EXTRA 45 MINUTES because the driver refused to take the 24 TEENAGERS home until he was paid in full… WHAT??? You are arguing with, (and yelling) at a teenager at 2:00 in the morning over money that you were supposed to receive at the END of your service!!! And then had the nerve to THREATEN to leave these 24 teens STRANDED if full payment was not received right then and there!!! YOU ARE HORRIBLE BULLIES AND SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS!
And by the way, when someone pays for a party bus, don’t switch to a HUMMER because your brother is too far away and not transfer all valuables to the other vehicle! Some teens had to wait to receive their belongings from the other bus. This was all while the hummer brother was bullying $ 300 out of the poor client who was so distraught and didn’t know what to do.
Because of your horrible service, the Senior Prom for 24 teenagers was RUINED!

The worst party bus experience ever. My party met up at a restaurant for pickup. Once the driver from A-​List parked, the bus broke down. Then, the driver called a mechanic to fix the bus. After an hour later, they got the bus started and we started on our journey. We stopped at a local club, the bus driver informed us that he will lock the bus and that we could leave our items on the bus as it would not be left unsecured. We left the club appx after an hour and made it back to the bus only to find the bus unlocked and unattended; all of our bags/​purses were stolen. We contacted the San Antonio Police Department, they came to the scene and took reports of the missing items. The bus driver was very unprofessional, didn’t corporate (answer questions/​apologize, etc.) with any of us or try to rectify the situation.
Would not recommend using A-​List for any services. Not a reputable business and you will be sorry if you use this company. We were really hoping to have a great night, but it turned into a disaster.
