Chris Williams started Sammamish Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Company over 22 years ago, as a young, motivated entrepreneur who was sure that he could offer better service and do a better job than his competition. From the very beginning, his philosophy has been to bid an honest bid, show up at the appointed time, and meet or exceed expectations, always guaranteeing complete satisfaction.

When Chris Williams started Sammamish Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Company over 22 years ago, he was a young, motivated entrepreneur who was sure that he could offer better service and do a better job than his competition. From the beginning, his philosophy has been to provide an honest bid, show up at the appointed time, and meet or exceed expectations — always guaranteeing complete satisfaction.

Chris started out slowly, canvassing Sammamish Plateau neighborhoods on foot, knocking on doors and leaving doorknob hangers. He did more walking than cleaning carpets in those early days, but his persistence began to pay off. Soon word-​of-​mouth referrals began, as customers started telling their friends about Sammamish Carpet Cleaning.
