Excellent work at a fair price. I was prepping the place to sell, and booked the carpet cleaning way ahead of time, but the called the day before and asked if they could power wash my deck as well… they accommodated my request and did a great job. Matt was very professional and helpful. My condo sold later that week so thanks for the great work!

Remiss in not posting a review sooner. Have been a customer for many years– their customer service is awesome… Have used them to clean area rugs, furniture and carpets… They do a great job for a good price. After just having carpets cleaned a guest spilled a full glass of red wine. They were able to come out the following day– and the stain is GONE! Many thanks…

John and his team are attentive, considerate, and really really good at what they do. They’ve cleaned our carpets and upholstery in the past and have done an incredible job. I can’t recommend them enough!

I have 21 year old white carpet and John is the only person in the carpet cleaning business that can keep it as clean as possible until I sell. John, the owner and founder of Crystal, has a work ethic like no other. He did my carpets about 16 months ago and I could not believe the difference after he was done. My carpet was actually white rather than gray and spot free. I’m hoping to put off new carpet and thanks to John, I think I can. John is always on time and if he weren’t there would be a reason why. He is the most kind, professional and BEST carpet expert I have ever had in my life. John has all sorts of tools that protect your walls, I have way too much furniture and yet John can work around it. Today was cold and rainy and yet, my carpet was dry in 4 hours. John left me white plastic booties so, I wouldn’t get my feet wet on the clean white carpet. I also got a gift of John’s spot lifter and an amazing tip on what to do with spots when I don’t have spot lifter. You can’t ask for a nicer man or cleaner carpet. His price was so low for the work he did you know he is a perfectionist and loves what he does.

John and his crew just cleaned all the carpet in our 5000 square foot home. They arrived on time, worked hard, and did a fantastic job. I requested that every piece of furniture be moved (except for a couple of very heavy pieces) and they did just that. They also took great care to protect the corners of the walls from the cleaning hoses, and I really appreciate that since our house had been freshly painted. This is not a wet and jet operation… they are here to clean carpet properly.

Matt and Crystal Carpets are great! We just had our carpets cleaned a couple of months ago by a «green cleaning» service. Though the guys were nice they had to come back out multiple times and unfortunately left a large brown area on the rug. The other company said they’d done all they could do and that we’d need to replace the carpet.
Enter Matt and Crystal Carpet cleaners… they came, they cleaned and they cleaned and «erased» the large brown area left by the last company. Evidently the last company used way too much soapy stuff that really foamed up when Matt started to clean it. He recognized the issue, got the right fix and now we have stain free carpets! Not new, $ 3,000 carpet as suggested by the last company.
Our challenge is three cats with one elderly who has some accidents. It’s been a bummer trying to figure out how to deal with the issue (new carpets are $$$ and my elderly cat can have accidents on them too). No worries now. Just a clean and clean smelling carpet and some great advice left behind by Matt on how best to handle the smaller accidents as they occur.

John and his team took my white cotton & linen armchair that I was trying to get some serious stains out of and completely transformed it back to new. Let’s just say I have a 22 month old that caught the stomach bug and got sick all over my white chair. We were all skeptical if the stains would come out but it did! They cleaned the chair by hand and applied special care to get the stain out! Thank you so much!

We hired them for a move out carpet clean in 2014. Awesome customer service and great work. Landlords were pleased. I lost my receipt for my landlord and they sent a new one right away. :)

What can I say that hasn’t already been said? Crystal Carpet Cleaning is the best!
To provide some background, we were getting our house ready to list (as in a few days before I contacted John) and he got back to me the same afternoon, and was able to acomodate my urgent request. He arrived on time, was very friendly, professional, and honest. He let me know that some spots would likely not come out (wood stains), but that he would try his best. He also left blocks under our furniture after he has cleaned the carpets, and extra booties. The carpets in our home were original to the house (15 years old) and had seen their share of wear. John was able to work his magic and make them listing ready! I’ve recommended John to many of my friends, and would hire him again!

We get a lot of traffic in our store in Downtown Bellevue and these guys do a great job at keeping our carpets looking fresh. We have used them a few times now, they are always on time and do a great job.

John is super friendly and he did a fantastic job for our condo. We only required the steaming cleaning service since it was a fairly new building and we did not have that many carpet coverage. While he was cleaning our carpet, he noticed there were wrinkling in our carpets. He offered to re-​stretch our carpets at a very reasonable price. When he was finished with everything, our carpets looked as good as new!

John did a great job with our pet-​stained carpets. Much better than other services we have used in the past.
He showed up on time, moved the moveable furniture, vacuumed everything thoroughly, shampoo’d and rinsed the carpets completely. He left blocks under the furniture to prevent wood stains while the carpet dried. He left us with a bottle of spot stain remover and some booties for our feet.
John also was very friendly and polite during the whole process — happily offering advice on a variety of topics including ways to keep the carpets clean going forward.
We were also happy that John was able to fit us into his schedule the day after we called. That made things very convenient for us from a planning perspective.
Finally, the price was less than what others had charged us in the past.
Lower price, faster service, better results. What’s not to love?

Crystal Carpet is wonderful! John (I think he is the owner) is really nice and willing to help. Our carpet was pretty dirty because we haven’t washed it for a long time, and they totally cleaned it! Highly recommend and you will be satisfied with them!

Talk about great service. John came in here and was courteous, friendly and professional the entire time. I was impressed. He cleaned my sister’s condo and took care of the black carpet stains and now looks like new. I will recommend this company to family and friends.

Carpets were cleaner than the day they went in. They arrived on time, cleaned the carpets, moved the furniture around and even left booties for us to wear while walking on the carpet — while it dries.

We have two dogs and an 18-​month old daughter. Not to put all the blame on them. I’ve been known to knock over a glass of something «stainy» or track some mud inside after walking our pups. So, we have our carpets cleaned every few months.
John the owner personally handled most of our cleanings, including an all-​important «move-​out cleaning» at our last home. He actually brought a second guy with him for that one. That was an unexpected bonus. Touches such as leaving extra cleaning solutions and recommendations on managing stains have been very appreciated.

Carpet cleaning was standard, They are expensive. Would have gone with a cheaper option if the price quoted on the phone was correct.
Another thing– the actual price was more than double of what was quoted on the phone. Even thought the price quoted on the phone was based on the number of rooms and square footage.

John and team are just the absolute best in carpet care. I have white carpet with a pretty thick pile and TWO disgusting dogs. I’d lost track of time and somehow gone 2 years between cleaning which meant the carpets were an absolute mess. Dog spots everywhere the boys chew their bones, dark patches where they frequently sleep and general wear and tear from 2 years of feet with shoes on the carpet. YUCK.
John came in and in just a couple of hours, they look almost like new again! Including 2 large bedrooms, upstairs hallway and 2 stairwells. It was unbelievable the transformation. John is always very responsive, incredibly friendly, flexible and accommodating in setting up appointment times and he even took a look at my poor-​performing vacuum and showed me how to adjust the settings so I can suck up more dog hair. Plus the appointments are convenient as heck. I was able to work from home undisturbed and paid for my appointment when the guys were all done with my credit card. Couldn’t be easier.
This was a repeat visit for me, and a perfect reminder of why I will ALWAYS call Crystal Carpet Cleaning to keep my floors looking nice.
