Took my wifes car there in early December of 2015 for a check engine light (traction control service issue). We took it to a car repair place by her work and they wanted $ 200 to diagnose it. They said it could be part of a recall. So we made an appointment with the dealership. Took it there and they wanted $ 100 an hour to see what the issue was and charge us for any repair and they were going to keep the car for 3 days eventhough we made an appointment.
So, we tried going to Felip’s and they got us in the same day. They diagnosed it for FREE. They said it could be 3 things and they tried one thing (regrease the GM part that was part of the initial recall which GM told us they wouldn’t cover it if that was the issue since it was over a year old for the recall). So they re-​greased it and the light hasn’t come on yet.
FELIP’S DIDN’T CHARGE US ANYTHING (i’m sure the dealership would’ve atleast charged us $ 200 or more for it). Its hard to find a good mechanic. We’ve only lived here a few years and now i’m going to take both our cars to this place for everything (oil changes, etc…)

These guys are a real find. I have taken all of our vehicles here for 2 years now and recommended several friends. So far everybody has been thrilled. Price is fair and they are very upfront about everything they will do for us. Phillip and his dad have taken very good care of us!

Thank you for providing me with great service and giving me an honest and fair price. Yesterday, I took my van in for new tires, an oil change, new brakes, and to have an EGR sensor replaced. I was expecting a hefty bill and was nervous because I didn’t know much about the company. They gave me a great price on tires that was competitive with Discount Tire and informed me that I didn’t need new brakes, I just needed them cleaned. They could have sold me new brakes, but I appreciated their honesty. It shows that they care about the service they provide and are not out to take your money. My company has recently started having our fleet serviced here as well and has received great service. I would recommend having your vehicle serviced here anytime. Their prices are fair and competitive and my van runs great. Thank You!

Provided snow removal service today on short notice. Prompt, courteous and excellent service. Our driveway is a quarter mile long and banked high with months of snow. After my husband’s plow broke we needed help widening the drive. Great job cleaning it up for us.
