Always great customer service! Friendly staff and give you all possible options and prices for the work needed. One time I blew my tire on a Saturday at 1:30. Got to the shop 10 minutes later and Jon was kind enough to help me and change the tire right then even though they closed soon after. Was very thankful so I didn’t have to call into work!

I had my car towed to here (recommended by my tow truck driver) because a hose broke. They told me it was $ 160 to repair. That was fine. But then they called me back and said I had some hoses that were «soft» and should be replaced — an extra $ 415. I told them to go ahead. After I picked up my car, I looked at the maintenance records and realized they had re-​replaced my alternator hoses that was just done 4 months earlier (they were soft because they were new). This place has lost my trust and my business.

I first went to Express Tire on recommendation from a friend. I was very pleasantly surprised. Their prices are some of the best in town. They are very honest as well. There has been some work that I thought needed to be done, but as it turns out, it didn’t need to be at that time. They really seem to have the customer’s best interest at heart. I’ve been to shops that would replace blinker fluid if you asked them to, so it was really nice to find an honest shop that has done great work. Since then, I’ve had them do a few sets of breaks and rotors and replace an automatic shifter linkage cable. Their work has always been excellent and timely. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The truest sign of a reputable repair shop is when they talk you out of repairs you don’t need. Mark the owner is that kind of guy. He also went out of his way to assist and advise when I had to dispose of one vehicle and buy another one. This shop oozes with competence and honesty.

We’ve been coming to this facility for car repairs since we moved to the area 10+ years ago. I couldn’t be more pleased with our choice. We did a bit of shopping around when the need first arose, but settled here initially mainly because of friendly customer service over the phone. We were pleasantly surprised when we received the estimate and even more pleased when the bill came in lower than expected. From the front desk, to the technicians in the garage, this place is great. Very trustworthy too! Highly Recommend them!

We ordered tires online from Discount Tire ($ 200 less than Costco’s price) and had them installed here for just $ 50. We had the oil changed on the same visit, and it was really convenient.

My mom, who is elderly, has been having a tricky problem with her car the past month, and Mark and his team had to try several different things until they figured it out and got her all taken care of. It’s so nice to know that my mom found a great place, that is honest, and does not give up on a customer when the problem is hard to diagnose and fix. You hear so many stories about people or businesses that will take advantage of elderly people and it is comforting to know there are still great local businesses like this one that will go the extra mile to make sure things are done fair and right! Highly Recommended!!!
