History

Established in 1982.

Started in 1982 as a pool and spa service company located in downtown St Charles IL. With a hard earned reputation for excellent service and strict ethics we’ve steadily grown and have established ourselves as the destination location for knowledgeable and friendly customer service. In 1998 we built our own building and showroom at 1880 Lincoln Hwy in St Charles, where we feature a full selection of the world’s number one selling brand of hot tubs — Hot Spring Spas. In 2011, we joined hands with Arvidson Pools & Spas expanding our retail and service operations into Palatine and Crystal Lake.

I’ve been with the company since 2005 when I got my start in the swimming pool and spa business. Over the years, I have established great relationships with my customers who continue to visit the store for water analysis, chemicals, and, of course, new hot tubs.
