Bryan Elkins began his law enforcement training as the #1 graduate for the Stockton Police Academy. He spent the majority of his career in Special Operations. As a private investigator he has independently launched several successful law enforcement related agencies. He has mitigated millions of dollars in insurance fraud claims as well as prevailed in several Sacramento County land mark criminal cases.

He has comprised a staff that includes other former special operations law enforcement officers as well as military special forces. He has created a system of mandatory client updates which guarantees confidence in the client from beginning to end.

All cases with a need for surveillance are personally managed by Bryan and all polygraph cases are personally conducted by Bryan.
