I obtained my dental degree at the University of California, San Francisco Dental School in 1984. For the past thirty years I have been in private practice in the midtown Sacramento area.

I was born in Sacramento and graduated from C. K. McClatchy Senior High School in 1976. I then attended the University of California, Davis where I completed my undergraduate degree with high honors in 1980. Then went to the University of California, San Francisco Dental School and obtained my dental degree in 1984.

Just went to my first appointment after being referred from my previous dentist who retired. Dr. Fong was very thorough and gentle. The staff were nice and i have never laughed so much during a dental visit. My cleaning did not hurt and was very thorough. For years, I used to go to a periodontist for cleanings and have cancelled all my appointments because I will look forward seeing Dr. Fong’s staff.

I have been going to Dr. Fong and his staff for 12 years now. He has a great bedside manner and is very thorough and ensures a comfortable, painless procedure. A bonus is that he has the nicest staff, who have all been with him for years — Kathy the front desk person is lovely, bringing fresh carnations each day for patients to take home with them, and is very on top of scheduling and reminders; Natalia the assistant is so sweet and personable, and always recalls details about my kids; and Melody the hygienist is extremely friendly and gentle yet thorough in her cleanings! The entire office has a very welcoming, family feel to it and I actually look forward to my appointments as opposed to dreading them! Highly recommended, I will never go anywhere else!
