Smooth Sensations Body Balance

I just finished up an awesome massage with Trena. She worked out my problem areas, and worked with me and my pain, and left me feeling great. My husband and I will be back in a few weeks for a full body massages!

Love my facials by Brooke and the Ionic Foot bathes are awesome too! The place is always neat, clean and the staff is always friendly!

I want to say that I love Brooke! She has turned my skin around! She gives you the royal treatment!
I get facials done by her, she gives you the works. Chemical peel, microdermabrasion, and even a sweet massage! The great thing about Brooke is that she doesn’t just do facials, she does detox treaments, makeup and a bunch of other amazing artistry. Just ask her, she’s really easy to talk to! I love coming here, I did a series of facials every few weeks afterwards she recommended I come every 7 weeks or so for maintenance. But I honestly want to come way more often than that!
If you want your skin to feel silky smooth and cushiony soft, come get a facial by Brooke!

I’ve only had 2 appointments here but, so far so good. The location is easy to locate and parking hasn’t been an issue. If you arrive before other clients you can park in their driveway, thanks!
It’s clean, comforting and the ladies have been welcoming and kind. They do have various promotions to entice repeat visits and treatments.

4 stars out of 5 because I found the ion foot bath they use on amazon for $ 125. Considering they charge 100 for 4 sessions that seems like a rip off. But they need to make their money too I get that. I’m still going back!

TERRIBLE… Bought a groupon for (5) Sauna Pod Treatments… called two different numbers (one on Groupon and the other from their websit) e. After 2 emails, 3 voice mails and speaking to the owner twice in 24 hours with still no phone call or email back… I will just return my Groupon. Just trying to talk to someone who can schedule me an appt. is an ordeal!
Businesses like this are a poor reflection on Groupon and other similar sites which promote them… wish i could give ZERO stars?!~ Don’t waste your time, money and energy with this place. Didn’t know it was this difficult and stressful to even get an appointment or talk with someone in person… not worth it!
Says on their website that they are open for appts. mon-​Sat 10−7pm…not true… and the email address on their website is not valid, either… SHADY?

This place is wonderful. The new location on 21^st Street is beautiful and the services are amazing. Highly recommend this place for both people who would like to detox, and people looking to relax.

The endermology and sauna pod are great. The building is bare bones. It is possible to hear others talking but the service is friendly and I have had no problems with appointments. It takes a while to get one but worth the wait.

Very disappointed, after leaving numerous messages over the past month & a half. I was finally able to have someone call me back, however I was told there was 1 appt available in the middle of next month. I told them I would like my series of sessions some-​what close together so I could see results, For this it would be longer than 2 months for an appt. I told them I was frustrated that it took over a month to receive someone to call me back and now there are hardly any appts. I finally just requested a refund from groupon. Between there horrible customer service, time managment, and lack of appointments this groupon purchase was more of a hassle than a deal. (Groupon was very easy to deal with in regards to the refund.)

I really like this place. The girls that work here are so nice! Tanya has done 2 of my treatments and she is wonderful. I bought a package through an online special they were having. I noticed that each time I go in they seem to have specials going on with their services, so it’s definetly worth calling them to find out if what you are looking for is being offered at a lower price.
