I used SRS recently to restore the tile of a condo we bought. Kyle did a wonderful job on it. He also help with some issues on the shower glass enclosure. Very professional and meticulous. I can fully recommend Kyle’s work. I honestly think that our tile and grout look significantly better than when our house was new, 15 years ago. Her performed caulking in our kitchen and around some bathroom sinks. I had pretty high expectations due to his Unilocal reviews and especially a strong recommendation from a very demanding friend. He exceeded all of my expectations.

A strong work ethic and integrity? Here’s my story: We are preparing to put our house on the market and needed to freshen up our bathrooms. I called and spoke to Kyle and he gave me a bid for our master bathroom. When he arrived to do the job he reassessed the tiles in the shower and told me that he was really sorry, but that he felt that the coating on our tiles (from 12 years ago and another company) was peeling off in some areas and he felt strongly that he wouldn’t be able to give me a uniform look. He wanted me to be happy with the finished product and suggested that I have the other company complete that job. I was very impressed that he had the integrity to pass up the job, apologize for not seeing it the first time and offer to just clean the shower doors. I ended up finding more areas that needed work in the kitchen and other bathrooms and he did a great job in all areas.

I recently purchased a home with lots of travertine floors and stained/​chipping tile in the showers. I called SRS and Kyle set up a time to do an estimate for me. He was prompt and gave me what I would consider a very fair price. My travertine had not been well cared for and I had some missing grout in the bathroom shower. We set up an appointment a few weeks in advance due to some plans I had already made.
Kyle verified the day before that he would be there around 8 a.m., and he showed up right on time. He cleaned the travertine and buffed it, then restrained all of the grout, and then put on a seal. He answered all of my questions along the way and was very polite and professional. The travertine looks wonderful and the results exceeded my expectations.
He then moved on to the bathroom showers. When he was finished the tile and grout looked like new!

Kyle did a great job. My wife is very picky, but he took care of every little detail she raised. When she noticed something that had been overlooked after we all thought the job was complete, he even returned — AFTER having been paid — to take care of it at a time we specified, late Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend. Now that’s customer service!

I was told by a local glass company that I needed a whole new glass shower to repair a leak I was having. This was going to be very expensive! Kyle came out to look at our tile because we needed it cleaned before the new glass was to be installed. Kyle informed us that with new grout and seal, the shower should work like new. So, we took a chance and hired Kyle. That was a great decision because of Kyle, we saved hundreds of dollars and didn’t need a new glass enclosure because of Kylie’s great work. He was very thorough, clean, respectful and he arrived on the day and time scheduled. Great experience! I would highly recommend using Kyle for your tile repair or restoration.

We used SRS to do the vinyl and tile floors in our office. Kyle did an amazing job! Everyone kept asking me if we got new tile! Nope-​it was professionally cleaned and restored and looks amazing. The vinyl floors look great too. Very professional, quick, and affordable!

In June I called SRS. Kyle, the owner, answering right away, booking a same-​day estimate. He offered a fair price and two days later, he had returned to do the work.
He cleaned, stained, and sealed the grout. I was completely satisfied with the work he did on the shower and bath, I asked if he could clean & seal the travertine tile master bathroom floor as well.
The only «con» was he was a little loud, and the cat hid under the bed.

My kitchen had stained grout that no amount of cleaning and bleach could fix it. This company performed a miracle by making the grout look like new. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and outstanding work.

After purchasing our house in early 2013 we tried a few methods to get our tile floors and grout clean including bringing in a professional cleaner. No matter what we did the grout was never clean and the tile was still a little dingy. After seeing the good reviews for Simply Restored Surfaces we decided to give them a try. Kyle with SRS came out and gave me price that was less than the previous cleaning company had provided but his price included color staining the grout to a customer color, sealing it, and even replacing a cracked tile. It seemed too good to be true but after seeing the results it was better than I had hoped for. The floors look brand new. Kyle was also very courteous and always on time. I highly recommend hiring SRS. Don’t replace your floors, restore them!

After recently purchasing our home, we new we had to do something with the tile, as it was everywhere except the bedrooms. The original light colored grout had heavy stains and buildup, it looked terrible. The condition was way beyond a heavy scrubbing. Rather than look into replacing the flooring, we were referred to SRS. At a fraction of the cost to replace, our tile and grout looks brand new again. SRS not only cleaned, color stained and sealed the existing grout with a custom color that blended with the tile, they even replaced a few damaged tiles. We called them back later to do our tile shower surrounds and floors in both bathrooms. We had white tile floors that had white grout, which was no longer white. We went with a grey grout color, and it made a huge difference. Amazing results! Even after nearly a year, the grout is very easy to clean up spills from, no stains. SRS was easy to work with and very helpful through the process, we would highly recommend his services.

I can’t believe how amazing my travertine floors look now after Kyle from simply restored surfaces came out and brought them back to life… We had our tile put in 12 years ago, and the wear and tear on them had made it almost embarrassing to have anyone come over… When I happened to come across their work a few months ago at a friends house who was raving about their restored tile, I had to check it out… As soon as I saw how amazing the work was, I knew I had to hire them and I am soooooo happy I did!!! I recently purchased a short sale house and the tile and grout was in such terrible condition that we thought would have to have it completely torn out. The tile and grout had 14 years of scum and mold everywhere (disgusting). Bleach and Tilex didn’t even make a dent! A friend of mine recommended giving Simply Restored Surfaces a call.
