Established in 1995.

Scenic View Landscape operates on the philosophy that success is only possible when fueled by integrity and ability. After 20 years servicing Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado and Yolo counties, our staff has amassed a combined total of 60 years experience in the landscape industry.

We now provide the full range of residential and commercial landscaping including maintenance, sod installation, irrigation repair and installation, pest control, and more.

Business Owner

Gary is the owner and CEO of Scenic View Landscape. He acquired the company in August 2013 and has grown it from there. Gary has accumulated a vast amount of experience in his nearly 10+ years in the Real Estate/​Customer Service business.

Gary prides himself on the company being affordable, efficient and with high quality work. He stands behind his word and guarantees customer satisfaction.

Gary is also a REALTOR member of the California Association of REALTORS as well as NARPM — National Association of Residential Property Manager. We hold a General B Construction license, a C 36 Plumbing license and a C 12 landscaping license.

Scenic View Landscaping came to service my lawn. The were quick at scheduling my appointment, and arriving on time. These guys did an unbelievable job! They were quick at work and in no time my lawn was in beautiful shape! Not only did they clean my lawn, they cleaned up the mess and took the cut grass with them, leaving me with no pile of grass for me to worry about. Had them out to the house. They bid $ 430 for the trimming work. I reconfirmed no less than 2 times on the pricing. They came out, but didn’t complete the job entirely. Then they asked for another $ 300. Not the way to do business.

Since the business owner has chosen to respond with completely false information, I am pasting below the text of my email exchange with their employee. Buyer Beware!
On 1÷28÷14 I received a «docu-​sign» contract in the amount of $ 427.34. The description on the contract was, «Estimate for One-​time clean up, All areas
Trim and shape all trees and shrubs paying particular attention to front tree,
trimming and removing dead limbs from shrubs. Clear front planter areas of weeds and apply weed killer to area. Blow all yard debris from landscaped areas
Remove and dispose of yard waste»
In response, I asked several clarification questions via email regarding this contract. The email chain is pasted below

When the guys come, I also have a water issue I would love for them to look at. I have an area in the yard that, for the past few weeks, has had standing water. Its near a sprinkler head, but the sprinkler head doesn’t appear to be leaking. Perhaps the PVC pipe underneath has broken?
