Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits

Went here for lunch today and ordered at the drive thru. The restaurant didn’t seem very busy but they were asking all cars to pull forward and wait in the parking lot for their food which is one way to cheat the drive thru timer. My combo was brought out to me without my drink, my side, or my ranch dipping sauce all of which was indicated on my receipt. When I went in to get those items, I saw several other people that had gone through drive thru also getting their orders fixed. What’s the point in having a drive thru if everyone had to go inside to get the food they ordered?!

I have never had a problem with my order or my food here! They are always getting my food out in a good amount of time, and when im feeling cunty & want it fresh, i dont mind waiting 4 – 6 minutes for fresh food! Their mashed potatoes are sooo good and their chicken is better than KFC for sure! The staff is amazing too!

Drive thru girl was extremely rude. Gave me a flat soda with no ice and cold fries. It took her 3times to fix my soda. And when I told her about my fries she just walked away. Yang the manager in training was very helpful and took care of my issues. I called to get the other rude girls name and ended up talking to the district manager Andrea who was very helpful in making the situation better and made my whole order all over so everything was fresh and even refunded my money. Great customer service.

A coworker of mine bought me lunch from Popeyes, it was the wrong meal but I tried to eat it anyway up until I found three hairs in my food I called Popeyes and spoke with Jason he said that they would replace my order I just needed to bring my old order in, I did he showed me my new order when I was leaving but its hard to tell if everything’s okay and I would have looked stupid just standing there checking each piece so I took it home, on the way home I noticed that the chicken was overcooked it was double deep fried and I found two more hairs in my food, needless to say I am NOT happy and now really hungry after eating barely anything all day. I will not be ordering from this place again!

When I die I want to be buried with a Popeyes chicken box filled with spicy chicken strips and biscuits! This location is fairly new and convenient for me when I’m in Sacramento. During my visit the atm/​credit card device wasnt working so cash was the only form of payment accepted at the time which was a HUGE inconvenience!

Horrible location, but the food is always good. Well, good tasting. It always does a number on my tummy after. But the drive through is always quick and that’s a plus!

Just finished my 11 pc family meal that I bought from here and I got my food really fast! I was really impressed. The second I finished paying for the meal, they already had my food bagged and ready for me to grab right in front of me. The appearance inside is really cute because of the wooden walls and I didn’t find any problems with my food. A great popeyes!

I’ve come to this location many times and every time I come here the service gets worse and worse. You can tell the place isn’t run properly. Avoid this one if you can.

Love the chicken! More crappy, braindead service without adult supervision and granny gear plus grab-​assing bullshit while I wait 15 minutes for an order of 3 chicken strips with 1 person ahead of me waiting. Don’t put my ready chicken order together ahead of a completely different order. Morons. HEY MANAGEMENT! Wake the F up!

I love the chicken but every time I go there they are out of something. I went on June 30, 2015. They were out of ice and they couldn’t take ATM’S cards because the network was done. The other times I went they didn’t have any chicken ready and I had to wait for at least 15 minutes.
It is difficult to get into the restaurant. Popeyes added a fence in the parking lot next to the drive thru with no openings. I appreciate being safety conscious but I could not understand how to get into the restaurant without crossing the drive thru. I know Popeyes can be much better than what it is now.

Had a great dinner experience tonight before church. The young lady, Keysha, that took our order did an amazing job with our various requests.

Ok, after being here several times I’ve kind of had it with this location.
They’ve given me the wrong order multiple times.
Today I had last minute asked for an order of cajun fries (aside from the one that came in my meal), they charged me for it but it was not in the bag. Then with my bf’s order, they had gotten a simple 3 piece chicken strip combo wrong and gave him a breast & thigh (or w/​e the hell it was) with bone in.
One mistake ok, it happens… but almost every time we’ve gone they’ve messed up our order. Come on, get it together guys. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location anymore.
P. S. Not that it’s the employees faults (or maybe it is idk) but those shrimps are getting smaller and smaller. For almost 9 bucks for those tiny things, I feel like i’m getting ripped off.

This gets one star ONLY because it’s the lowest I can give! I’m so disgusted… I opened my drink once I finished he entire cup because I wanted to see how much ice was in my cup… All to find a DEAD BUG! This is ridiculous, I’ll never eat there again! On top of that, I ordered a 3 piece chicken strips meal and I got a 3 piece thigh and wing combo!

Popeyes has some really good chicken and sides. But tonight they did not have any chicken, ice or ice tea!!! The only things I really came for!

Really really slow service. Food is never ready when you order it. You always have to wait in the parking lot ¹⁰⁄₁₅ min for them to bring your food to your car. I do this almost every time i go. I wish they would get a better system.

Popeyes is always good especially when the food is fresh. but this Popeyes there are a few bad apples meaning employees that work there that are extremely slow and very rude. but if you don’t get those few individuals the place is not half bad

Pros: Really tasty chicken, perfect biscuts, food comes out quick.
Cons: well portioned meals are $ 7+, no healthy options, lobby is noisy and cramped

The worst experience I’ve had with any business. I’ve been to this place twice in the last year and my orders have been both incorrect and had issues with the customer service. The employees were rude and the manager did not know how to handle the problem. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. To make matters worst, I told them to cancel my order and refund my card. They then said they could not cancel after they charged the card. I guess that they don’t know how to void a transaction. The corporate will hear about this and I will never go to any Popeye’s chain EVER AGAIN.

As far as fast food goes, Popeye’s is a weakness for me.
Since this location has opened I have gone 3 times and I have noticed they are good at a few things.
1. Fresh Yummy Fattening Food
2. Moving people through the lines fast while still being pleasant
and
3. FORGETTING PARTS OF THE ORDER.
Maybe it’s because it always seems busy and they are moving at a fast pace to serve everyone as quickly as possible but in the 3 trips, I or my girlfriend have ended up paying for things we never even received. Sure, I call as soon as I got home but that honestly doesn’t help.
I can either drive back while the rest of the food gets cold or wait till I come in again which benefits them usually because it comes with an order of more food.
Of course, I know better now and will check in line as I receive it but still… It would be nice to just get a correct order for once, since I always give the correct payment.
