I love the Hooters in Dublin, east bay San Francisco, so this review is for this location only. Me and bunch of my friends was on our way back from ski trip in Tahoe and we stopped by this Hooters for a quick bite. It was wings Wednesday so you could have unlimited wings for 15.99, we all got that and started ordering different types of wings along side with bunch of drinks. Everything was great until our waitress takes a 10 minute brake and we just got passed to 4 different waitresses and our orders literally took 30 to 40 minutes to get and all the girls just disappeared. We asked for the managers attention and that took another 20 minutes. When she comes, her first words are, please call the security if customers don’t want to pay. WHAT? Really? we never said we didn’t want to pay or a discounted bill, we just wanted to say how horrible the service was hoping that the management of this place is actually takes appropriate actions with their staff and train them to be professional at work. But all we saw was a lack of leadirship, rude manager and just horrible experience from such an iconic place.

Place was not busy. They had plenty of servers working but 4 or 5 of them sat at a table and talked the whole time. Service was terrible.

We went there on a weekday at 8:45 pm. We didn’t get wates, we didn’t get out drinks until 30 minutes later. Our order got taken 45 into our visit. When our unlimited wings came out they were cold! The waitress said sorry and said she was the only one working the tables and she was busy(there was only 5 – 7 tables) I easily saw 5 – 6 additional hooters girls not doing a damned thing. She went and put in the order but while she did she tells us the kitchen is about to close at 10:30 so we need to double order on the«unlimited wings» so that we get more than one order. I just asked to leave. It was horrible. My first and last experience at this establishment.

Great wings and service. We tried the hooters near Arden, and this place is much better in every way. EVERYWAY! Seriously, unlimited wings ftw.

I’m actually surprised that I’m giving this Hooters 4 stars… but I do have my reasons. First of all, this Hooters is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than the one at Arden. I recently just gave that restaurant one star — and it deserved it. My friend wanted to give this Hooters a shot on their wing night to see if our experience was any better. It was. Everything was better here than there. The food came out at a very reasonable clip here, and I’m not sure if my mind was playing games with me, but the food felt like it was tastier. Probably the best thing about tonight was our server. We got like NO attention at the Arden location but there we were waiting on properly. Our waitress, Shaniah, was great. She kept asking if we needed refills and took our order for wing re-fills in a timely manner. It’s the way service should be. So all-in-all Hooters redeemed itself. I enjoyed coming to this location and would come again for their wings. Other stuff… not so sure… but the wings and service were good!

Seriously — I don’t know how this place stays in business — not necessarily this particular joint — but hooters in general. The food is really subpar outside the wings and the service is OK. Sure, the girls wear skimpy clothing but I can see that now from going to practically any place in public(but, hey, I’m married with two kids so I don’t do a whole lot of that anymore!). I stopped by here after a Kings game… got wings, curly fries and a beer. All of it was decent. The price isn’t terrible — but I just feel like they could do so much better. With places like Tilted Kilt coming to town and throughout the country, I am hoping that will spark change at Hooters. While I agree guys love the atmosphere, I think slightly better«feel» than a bar is what people would rather have these days. I thought the waitresses were good and nice… but I’m hoping the food can kick it up a notch!

Visited this location on Saturday night after an all day concert. We were seated and served pretty quickly, although it made us uncomfortable that the waitress was touchy feely. It might help for tips with others, but this shouldn’t fly. Food was just alright. Curly fries were too salty to eat. The happy hour quesadilla was ok, a lot of cheese. The buffalo shrimp made us sick, going on day 3 of food poisoning now. I want my $ 50 back…

Food was terrible, the waitresses face was busted and they charged me 69 cents for ranch. Why did I go?

The definition of trashy. Crappy food, degrading concept. Kinda feel sad for all involved in such a sorry place. To be clear: I like wings I like women I like sports I don’t like Hooters Anyone that thinks otherwise is screwy or needs help. And to add insult to injury They need to clean the bathrooms at this one every once in a while.

My boyfriend & I came here one night for a beer and to watch a baseball game. 10 minutes into being there without being served another couple came in & had their beers before the waitress had even taken our order. They were in NOMEANS busy. I asked for my baseball game. She couldn’t find it so left it on a channel they didn’t get and said it’ll fix itself. Almost 25 minutes into arriving our waitress served 2 more tables and we still didn’t have our beers. My boyfriend and I decided to leave after we over heard a girl taking a personal call on the restaurants phone & we saw all the girls standing around talking. When we left our beers were sitting at the bar next to the group of waitresses waiting to go out. Buffalo Wild Wings is right across the street, more options for sports, better food &WAY better service. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant.

How do you run out of traditional wings on an «all you can eat Wed»? Took forever to get our order and the place felt like you were in a sauna. Customers were fanning themselves with their menus. Hooters of Natomas is NOT like what it used to be.shame.

It’s been a looking time since I visited a Hooters. After this visit, it will be even longer(if ever) that I come back. The expectation here as is with most places, that wait staff would at a minimum introduce themselves. Not so here. I sat at the bar and had to flag the staff to get a beer, and then again to order as she was too busy and/or inattentive to see if I was ready to order. Someone else brought food, my server didn’t bother to check on me again until the beer and food was long gone. Two stars only because the blackened fish tacos were good. I never write reviews, but it is no wonder this franchise is being dominated by the competition(namely Tilted Kilt and Twin Peaks) as the food and service at those establishments are far far superior.

Went here for a beer and food. I don’t know what I was thinking when I came here for food. Beer, yes. Food, NO! Our waitress came by and didn’t write her name on our napkin. I’ll let that slide, but it’s procedure. We got our food and my fries were half way cooked. They were prematurely pulled out of the fryer and were also sponging up all the grease. Gross! Bathrooms need to be cleaned. There was no toilet paper, empty toilet seat cover dispenser, paper towel roll was on the bathroom floor. Our waitress was helpful, which is why I’ll give it 3 stars and our beer was cold. Besides that, I wouldn’t expect much from this place. Also, the girls used to look like playboy models, now they look like amature porn stars with bad hair and make up.

I’ve been here many times in the past for take out or dine in and it’s been relatively ok … INTHEPAST. I came by with my fiancé and my brother last week. and got seated right away. Our waitress came by to take our order and this was the first time I noticed our waitress didn’t introduce herself or write her name on the napkin. Food came out pretty quick. The hot wings aren’t as saucy as they have been in the past. and our waitress checked on our table once and never offered any refills. When we were ready to leave, our waitress was no where to be found. My brother asked two waitresses for our check and they told him to find our waitress. Of course, this was TERRIBLE customer service. How lazy can you get?! Anyways, we got up and walked to the front and found out waitress there. We paid, left and plan to NEVER return. Good bye Hooters of Natomas.

This is the worst Hooter’s around. I’ve been here a few times for takeout but tonight I decided to dine in for dinner. What a horrible mistake! Waitress was nice, don’t get me wrong, but she took a while to take our order. She checked up on us once and that was about it. After finishing our meal, we were left waiting for her to come back for the check but that didn’t happen so I approach two waitress and asked for the check. They simply told me to «find your waitress». Seriously? Is this what you call customer service? No wonder why this place is dead and everybody is over at Buffalo Wild Wings. Customer service is non-existent here and I wouldn’t be surprised if management lack training skills either. I will never come back to this horrible establishment.

I’ve never been to a Hooters until recently. The only thing I’ve heard about them food-wise is that their wings are good. I totally get why guys like coming here. Its made to feel like a man cave with TVs playing whatever sport of the season is on. And it’s known to be a «guys hangout» spot because of the Hooters Waitress in skimpy outfits serving them beer and bar food. As a female, I get it. I don’t necessarily agree with the sexism this place is all about but I can’t hate on a place that knows their consumers and can turn chicken wings into dollar dollar bills ya’ll. As a secure female, it’s the safest place your man can be. There aren’t too many women who go their for the wings or anything and if you’re concerned about the waitress all I can say is «REALLY»?? The food: 1. Tex Mex Nachos: Those nachos were on point though!!! I think it hit top three nachos I’ve ever had. Cheesy, crunchy, and every chip had something going on. 2. Buffalo Platter: This platter gave you 2 different wing flavor options as well as shrimp. The shrimp and wings were all flavored well and tasted pretty good. The wings were the same size as Buffalo Wild Wings and Wing Stop down the street. Still not as great as BJ’s, but decent. The Service: Taking orders isn’t rocket science and the place wasn’t busy. Maybe it was because our party was large.8 people and we ordered several items? IDK, let’s just say a couple people from our party was not happy about receiving the wrong food. What I did like about this place was that they split the check without asking or giving us a hard time, which was nice.

Not a good place to bring a date. Beyond that, my group of friends and I came in hoping for some cold beer and some delicious wings before we caught a movie. Service was slow — like, really bad — and the happy hour specials didn’t even include any wing options. What’s that about? Make us a deal on some wings and some beer. Looking past that, the non-wing items we ordered were acceptable but not fantastic. The wings shared across the table were decent but simply outmatched by some of their local competition. All of this, forgivable, for this type of restaurant — but for the service. It was simply not OK and is likely to leave me driving down the street for my wing /beer fix, even if I have to pass on the proximity to the theater and the sometimes fun«owl» theme.
