Some of the workers here are PROBABLY nice, but not Gwen! She’s sooo rude. And that other Asian guy too. We first asked if my little brother and I can split a venti into a Tall sized waffle cone frap, she said no. Then I asked for extra whip cream, the Asian guy making my drink heard me but decided to put LESS whipped cream than usual. Then after I payed she stared at me all rude. Ugh! Hate Gwen.

I wish I could give negative stars. I am so sick of the terrible customer service at the Starbucks location. I know it’s early, and I know there is always a line but none of the employees seem to actually like their job there. They are all rude and MANY times I have walked in to pick up a mobile order and stood there for 4 – 5 minutes without being greeted at all. I am always polite and thankful to the employees. I tell them thank you with a smile for my order. Now I am sorry that my mama told taught me it was rude to interrupt people when they are talking but apparently that’s what they want you to do here at this Starbucks. This morning I waited and waited and waited. There were 7 staff members and not a single one of them greeted me or made eye contact with me. There was only 1 person in the regular ordering line so it’s not like they were swamped either. The employee closest to the mobile order pick up area was training someone so I didn’t want to be rude and interrupt. I figured he would stop and address me. After he didn’t and several other employees walked by without saying a word I had had it and loudly asked for my order and complained that I had been ignored for 5 minutes only to be told it was my fault for not interrupting them to ask for my order. Guess if I ever go to this location again I’m going to start yelling out my own name the second I walk in the door. Maybe the employees will actually pay attention to me then. This was not an isolated event and I don’t know why they can’t find friendly people to work at this location but I would rather go to Peet’s than be treated rudely by the employees at this Starbucks.

This place has gone completely downhill. I’ve been a customer here for years and in the last couple months I am absolutely frustrated and angry with the service here. I think they have a new manager and i’m sure she is the reason for the horrible service. She is one of those people who comes from a place of «no» instead of a place of «yes». It is very clear that she cares more about rules than she does about people. I don’t know if upper management or corporate ever sees these reviews, but I sure hope so. I hope they see the review and also look at my other reviews and realize that I rarely write a negative review.

WORSTPLACETOORDER! I had to leave a review after waiting for over 45 mins. I ordered 4 drinks and got the first drink within 5 mins. The two other drinks took 20 mins and the last drink was never placed! I understand that it’s a busy day and tried to remain patient but when I see people that arrived after I did leaving with their drinks it gets me upset. While waiting I thought let’s just call the store to check the status of my order. The cashier picked up and said he would check his receipts and did absolutely nothing about it. Then I stood in line to check the status of my order, the other cashier said that they would get to it right away and apologized for the inconvenience. I waited for another 15 minutes just to get my last drink. Word of advice: You’ll have a better chance at a Starbucks that has a drive thru– unless you have a lot of time on your hands and don’t mind waiting for a long period of time.

We placed a mobile order on a Saturday morning we drove there and stood in front of their counter waiting for three plus minutes. Not one person acknowledged us, there was a blond girl working behind the counter that blatantly ignored us. I had to tell that we had a mobile order to get anyone’s attention. Unfortunate.

This review is regarding the poor customer service provided by the store manager(s). I bought a Swarovski coffee mug after Christmas for $ 55 and paid with cash. After taking it home and decided that it was not what I wanted, I took it back and tried to return it the following day. I had the receipt and it states that returns are accepted 60 days from purchase. However, the store refused to give me the cash back and wanted to give it to me as store credit. I was told that the manager does not allow cash returns for orders greater than $ 25. I did not want store credit. I decided to get a second opinion from another starbucks manager on 1÷6÷15 and she told me that the«policy» was ridiculous. She contacted the Truxel store manager and after speaking to him, I was told by Truxel that they would do a return and give me my cash back. Later that day, I drove in heavy rain to try to make the«appointment» I had with the store for the return. The employee picked up a store card and tried to do a return on it. I requested to get my cash back, however the employee told me that her manager does not allow it. How infuriating. I came back to the Davis starbucks and the store manager gave me a refund, which was very nice and accommodating of her and that she said she would file a complaint to her boss. Hope this does not happen to anyone else in the future.

Been to this location few times, so feel confident to rate them 5 stars. The line moves quick, doesn’t matter their are 5 people in line front of you or 15, the staff at the cash register are super helpful, knowledgable and swift to keep the line moving. Same holds true for the experienced Barista’s as well. Your order is made perfect each time, quickly and you are out the door with your favorite drink/food/xyz in no time.

Wow. 30 minutes for a iced tea? Did they have to freeze the cubes first? And then once I got to my car and took two sips, it was empty. I just paid $ 2.25 for a cup of ice with a splash of tea.

Staff is alright. Don’t go to this one much, so I can’t speak for the customer service. The drinks are good. Not the greatest. I know they have the«If you don’t like it, bring it back and we’ll make it better» policy… but I usually can’t wait that long being that I am always on the run. If you want a stellar drink the first time, go down the street – the one off Natomas Crossing – they put more love into it ;). Seating inside is limited. And if you«save» a seat for your business partner… other customers aren’t the happiest.

A good place for a cup of joe. The baristas are attentive and call you by name if you go there enough. Bel Air shopping center is notorious for parking.

I don’t typically go to this location as they are not the friendliest, but I went with a coworker today which was a mistake. It seemed that part of their power was out, so the lights weren’t working, registers, and espresso machine, but they could still make frappuccinos, tea, iced coffee, etc. There was a sign on the register that said that it was cash only and that they could only make these drinks. As a loyal Starbucks fan(former partner, now customer), I was planning on using my Starbucks card app on my phone. I understood the power was out and remembered how we used to take care of our customers when the power was out. You give them what they want as long as it can be made and apologize for the inconvenience, not taking any money as not everyone plans to bring in multiple forms of payment. I knew I really wanted a Trenta iced tea, but didn’t have any cash on me, and my coworker only had enough for her drink. There was no effort on the barista’s part to make the situation right, apologize or say«this one is on us.» They had written down on their side of the counter what each price was so they could leave the register drawer open(a big company/security no-no) and make change along the way. It’s not like I was trying to buy one of everything or even any food items. If the customers’ experience is going to be frustrating and you are not going to try and do right by the customer in an unfortunate situation, close the doors and lock them. It was obvious that I was frustrated, and neither barista seemed to care. After we left, my coworker was frustrated because she realized since she had to use cash instead of her card, she didn’t get her star on her account, or a receipt for the transaction. This was not the Starbucks company I knew to be accommodating, generous and understanding.

Great service. The male barista is on point parking is always a pain but can’t blame Starbucks for that.

I paid for a venti iced mocha but what i got was a venti sized cup filled to the lid with ice and what i have to assume was the equivalent of a literal cup of coffee topped with whipped cream. I was done with it before the first intersection. And not because it was amazing but because i was robbed of 70% my drinks supposed size. I will never again make the mistake of not specifying«light ice» damn cheapskates.

This place really bummed me out. Stopped in before a meeting just to get a drink(maybe a snack) and check my emails… I have 15:00 minutes to kill… 0:01) Biz man customer is at the register. Loud Regular customer on phone. 4 Employees. 1 making coffee. 2 talking amongst themselves. 1 at register near sleep. 4:52) Loud Regular customer directly in front of me is still on her phone– But now she is laughing out loud. I hate that. Biz man customer is still at the register. Small talking with Sleepy and slowly ordering for the whole car lot. 6:00) I pick up a Refresher in a can. I realize I wont have time to have them make me anything. No one seems to have any regard to the line forming. Longest 6 minutes ever 7:11) Biz man customer walks away to wait for his order. Loud Regular customer and Sleepy Register Employee start talking — no haste. Guess what? Big shocker. She doesnt even know what she wants to order. I start to feel like I shoulve/couldve just stopped at a 7 – 11 for better service. 7:32) Sleepy Register Employee rings me up. I pay and hurry to my seat to check my emails. 8:00) I now have to figure which WIFI provider they have… since there is 100+ that show up. 8:22) «Which internet are you guys? Is there a code?» I ask out loud — interrupting one of the 2 talking employees. «Its ATT and theres no code– its free!» :) and she smiles at me like im an idiot. You know. The condescending smile you give when you hate every customer that talks to you? 9:02) I sit back down, and engage the WIFI. ***connection limited*** 9:46) «I think you guys need to reset your WIFI, its not working» I say semi-frantically to an employee…” —«oh we dont have any way to fix it… soooorrrry?» 10:00) I walk out realizing I just had one of the most uncomfortable Starbucks 10 minutes and I have 5 more minutes to stop by Panera Bread, get a coffee and check my emails… 10:33) I put my Refresher in my glove box and drove down the street… 12:03)Sipping on my coffee, I checked my emails at Panera Bread and didnt feel uncomfortable at all.

This has become my go to Starbucks in the morning. The staff is awesome! They are super friendly and go out of their way to be personable. It can get a little busy at times throughout the day, but I have been to many different Starbucks and this staff/crew are very efficient.
