When my old standby mechanic told me «we don’t work on jeeps and I don’t know anyone I trust… and my backup said, «we’re too busy now to do anything but german cars», I turned, you guessed it, to Unilocal.These guys were near my house, so worth a shot. They’ve had the jeep a couple of times, and with the exception of the absence of phone calls back (anticipate calling them, every time) the work has been efficient, fair, and has held up. I’m actually calling them now (godda*n jeeps).

The last thing anyone really wants to deal with is car problems. Usually because that means dealing with auto shops and wondering if you’re going to get ripped off and work quoted that doesn’t need to be done.
Thank goodness I got recommended to Glen’s! Not only did my car die right when I pulled into their lot, but they were able to fix my problem that day! Alfredo suspected that I might have had some work done recently and was the root of my problem (thanks Jiffy Lube!!!). He fixed it right up, even gave me the belt that was not fastened correctly and shredded for me to take back to see if I could my money back from the other place. He even offered to help me out in the future (a discount on another car service) if they told me to fly a kite. What other place would do that? NONE, that’s who!

My husband, daughter and I have been going to see Kenny and Alfredo at Glen’s Complete Automotive Service for years. They do really high quality work, and I can always trust that they aren’t trying to do unnecessary work on our cars (which has been an issue for me at other car repair places in the past). They give us a heads up if the tires, for example, may need to be changed in the next six months or so — which allows you to plan ahead. Plus they are super friendly and get your car done when they say they will. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

Barely a 1-​Star for this Chevron’s Touchless car wash— cars in family (2)… both have been left dirty at the end of the $ 10 wash. That’s pretty bad.

A very good friend referred me to this shop. The check engine light on my 2006 Audi A4 was flashing and I was unable to drive my car. Alfredo was able to get my car in right away. He was very straightforward and honest with what repairs were needed and what I could hold off on. They fixed my car within a day and it runs better than when I bought it! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

My girlfriend and I have had our cars serviced here for the past three years. They are reliable, affordable, and will always work with our schedules. I have always been very happy with their work. They even helped to push our truck to their garage when the battery died (we live close by).

Great car wash that recycles their water. Buy 5 car washes and the 6^th is free. Gas is a little pricey but great customer service!

I love this place! The cashiers are always friendly, the bathrooms are clean, and I feel safe shopping and getting gas late at night. Not to mention the great car wash! Touch-​less! During the day they even have a guy who will wash your windshield while you fill up!
The car wash is reasonably priced, the owners are great, the employees remember your name, and it’s right off the highway!

Hey for the money and its convenience why not 7 bucks for a decent wash. The other ones that use the brushes and whips and spikes can really damage the paint on your car.
Don’t expect a brand new car but expect what it offers a good quick wash for the price. If you want your car detailed, this OBVIOUSLY isn’t the place.

This gas station has great staff/​owners. They were very helpful when I needed to pump my tires, and even gave me a free carwash for no reason other than to be nice! The car wash itself is great. Cheap, convenient, and effective.

Best carwash in the area! It’s the super epic touchless water blasting kind. It does a lot of pre-​soaking and even has rim scrubbers. (hub scrub. teehee)
The guys working here are always super nice, too. No one ever gives me shit when I take 30 minutes to detail my car in front of a pump. It’s also six blocks from my house, so yay for that.

This is an easy 5 star. The owners are incredibly friendly. I only met them once and returned again for the second time and he recognized me. Not only that, but the car wash here is the best one in town. Cheap, fast, and affordable.

I only come to this station for the car wash and, when it’s not down for maintenance, it had been great spot for a touchless car wash. I visited today to find that the prices have increased by $ 1. Not a big deal. It just means my $ 6 wash is now $ 7. However, the $ 7 wash now doesn’t include drying. Come on now, management! Are you that cheap that you’re going to raise the prices AND take away services? No, no, no! It’s $ 7! I can find other places for $ 7 that will dry my car (and even provide FREE vacuums). It’s time to rethink that business decision.

This is by far the worst Chevron ever! I admit I have come here in the past because it’s one of the only places in midtown that has a car wash. But the gentleman, if that’s what you want to call him that is most likely the owner or manager is extremely rude. In a past experience, I came in to pay for my gas and he was mid conversation with another gentleman. I tried to wait patiently but it looked as though he had no intention of ending his conversation anytime soon so I tried to politely interrupt so I could get out of their way and they could continue on with their conversation, but this dude rudely says to me «CAN YOU WAIT?!?» Ummmm actually I did wait and you still wouldn’t help me out.
Most of the good reviews are because of the car wash, but if you leave close by you’d know it has been down constantly over the past few months, and just recently they put up a sign saying they’re getting some brand new state of the art car wash. No thanks, I think i’d just make the trek down to Howe or well anywhere but here. If you thought gas prices were ridiculous, wait til you come to this location. Straight up gouging you.
I would steer clear of this location and head down the street a few blocks to the Shell on 29^th and H. They may not have a car wash but the gas is waaaay cheaper and the cashiers there are pleasant.

I had Kenny put a new motor in my 2002 Jeep, not only was the price fair, the workmanship was fantastic. I recommend Glen’s Automotive to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle.

Kenny and Alfredo took care of my tense state regarding my vehicle and took care of it very well after my starter failed. I will definitely come back.

CARWASH IN MIDTOWN?! I don’t think I have to say more. And super peeps working the register! Spicy V8 juice and touchless carwash for the win!

I will come to this gas station for everything except gas. Their prices are always way higher than every other station on the grid, probably because it is right at the off-​ramp of the freeway and, well, if people are still paying for it then why the hell not? I feel kind of bad for the suckers who fill up here only to drive two blocks to the next on-​ramp and see the Shell station with prices 20 cents cheaper, haha. Their employees are great though and the guy who washes your windshield with a smile on his face is a nice touch you don’t really see anymore. That alone will keep me coming to this gas station for everything except gas.

Alfredo and Ken head up this reliable auto repair shop. They are an honest, professional, hard working team that will get your car repaired quickly and efficiently. These are smart mechanics who have years of experience, training, and knowledge. I always know that my car is going to work right after I’ve stopped by their shop. This is a dedicated shop that will always be around to take care of you too. The place is clean, neat, well organized, and the staff is friendly. They go the extra mile. A related business, Glen Cox’s Chevron, is just several yards away — stop here and you’ll get a decent deal at the safest place to purchase fuel in Sacramento. Snacks and sodas are at the register.
