I always bring my mail and packages here. Fast and friendly service. My family always brings there’s here as well. The inside is nice and clean and there is always parking.

The notary knows what he’s talking about and does document certifications as well. Was fast and efficient. No complaints here!

Very rude, incompetent, and dishonest.
Had some important docs to get notarized. The guy was on the phone with a friend the whole time, messed up the form he was completing and then screwed up the order of the papers.
Then he tried to add extra signatures we didn’t need so he could charge us for more money.

DO NOT COME HERE !!! Jeff Khan is the manager is Racist. I have been a customer for 5.5 yrs. 4 months ago Jeff Khan started disrespecting me and my sons. Alleging there was mail being stolen by us. He argued with us every time we went to get our mail. I’m a peaceful person. He kept on instigating. I paid for a year in advance effective ²⁄₂₀₁₆. I told him I wanted a refund, he said No, and so I called my lawyer and he told me to get a copy of my contract and when I told him this he then said ok I will give you a refund. He Humiliated, Embarrassed, Harassed me and my sons for 4 months. He told me to go somewhere else for my mail, and he will not forward my mail. Since this is a private mailbox he not under the jurisdiction of the USPS. He still owes me money. He Screamed at us. PLEASE DO NOT DO YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!! I am going to complain to other government agencies about him and his business practices. We have never threatened him in any way. He wrote on a form he gave me that I’m responsible for any criminal activity me and my sons do and he named us. He is Crazy He has no Integrity and is Not Honest !!!

I would rate zero if I could. This guy charged me nearly $ 18 to fax 11 pages. What a rip off. Don’t use these rip off artists for anything. I do recall the FBI detaining and questioning one of the employees as well. Be warned!

What a disappointment. I’ve used this place over the years and have been satisfied, but today was the worst. I was shipping three Christmas presents to one address, nothing expensive or breakable. I stopped to pick up a pre made box I could put the items in, and the man behind the counter said «I’ll make you a box in back». I got the impression it would be a better deal for me. Boy was I wrong. He chose a huge box ($$), which of course had to be filled with packing peanuts ($), then charged for the tape!!! The packaging was more than the cost of the gifts!!! I made clear my astonishment (the cost for shipping alone was already surprisingly high), but the box was done and I felt stuck. It’s horrible to feel ripped off. They make sure to charge the full buck fifty for the pack of gum I added too. Customer satisfaction clearly is not high on their priority list.

I have been a Customer at this location for years and have found Alex and Jeff very helpful. I ran a agent office for a fortune 100 hundred company for a number of years! YES I recommend them as a great resource.

Went in for a notary and the guy say to come back in about 10 minutes because there were few customer behind us… WTF? I told him OK and went to Postal Annex instead.

They are very nice and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this company if you need a document notarized or if you need documents shipped overnight. They specialize in international document or package delivery.

We called ahead to check that a notary was on site last minute for some docs. In ten minutes, we were there, had them notarized and sent off all I’m one stop.
Easy peasy. The owner offered us the tip to photograph out tracking sticker to track our docs!
