I have used Elegance Limo for business purposes on numerous occasions. I have used them, twice for my wife’s birthday. She loved the personal attention, comfort of the ride and the opportunity to relax. Recently, our family celebrated my parents 60th wedding anniversary. We used elegance limousine. It was a seamless making the reservation. They showed up a few minutes late, major traffic problems and pick up was during rush hour. We were 8 minutes late for reservation, but if they had arrived at scheduled time we would have been 20 minutes early. The owner called the restaurant to inform the restaurant we would be late. To our surprise she also told to restaurant she would pay for whatever appetizers we ordered. To top all of this off when we got back home my mom was still on cloud 9 and commented this was the first time she rode in a limo except for a funeral. Elegance Limousine is the best!!!

This company is unprofessional and rude. They are disorganized and don’t properly communicate information. I was told that if I had to cancel that I would get my money back as long as it was 72 hours notice. Now they are denying having said that. The owner of the company is aggressive and very unprofessional. She was yelling at me on the phone when I was explaining to her that another employee told me I would get my money back. Word of advice… go to another business with your money, you will receive better service!

This Company Rocks, they were able to accommodate all are needs at no extra cost. Our driver Mike showed up on time and was very professional. I highly recommend Elegance Limo and would not hesitate to use them again.

Michael was on time and he had me sign a contract which nowhere states that if you get sick in the car you will have to pay $ 700.00. So I mentioned it to the kids before leaving and while Michael stood there and I told them if their going to get sick to roll down the window and at no time did Michael state that if you get sick out the window you will be charged $ 700.00. Well one of the kids got sick out the window and Michael charged my credit card $ 700.00. the next day I told them I would not pay it because it was outside the car. They say they had pics of him getting sick in the car. If that’s the case, I never signed any paperwork stating that they have cameras in the car and are filming you. That in itself is a lawsuit. It is illegal to film folks without their knowledge. I plan on filing on them and will NEVER use them AGAIN!!!

I just had the most HORRIBLE experience with this co. They are CROOKS! They were 15 min late arriving to my place and then asked for the $ before we left. They asked me to pay in Cash but I later found out they charged my credit card anyways! The co tried to add on a mandatory gratuity at the end even having been 15 min late where we were late to our son’s bday party. Then the owner calls me and says the gratuity is mandatory at a set price. What!!! Even with horrible service? The driver drove us with a bunch of kids almost 100 mph on the freeway cause he was soo late. The Elegance Limo Service was a JOKE! This is the worst company ever and the owner is a JERK! He talks with a strong accent and you can barely understand him. The limo was old, dirty and the tvs weren’t working. The neon lights were old and weren’t even lighting up. Not to mention that they never answer the phone. That should of been the tip off. DON“T BE FOOLED WITH THEIR PRICES! THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE and you will be lucky if they even show up. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Loved Them! This company is Incredible! We had to keep changing the date of our Limo Wine Tour, and they were always helpful, patient, and accommodating. Once we finally got it together, the driver was punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He even doubled as our photographer, and took excellent pictures! We will definitely use them in the future.

I have been using Elegance for probably a good year and a half now. I regularly need airport runs done from the foothills to SMF and admittedly, my house is not the easiest to find, (I live in the boonies!!!) Despite that, they have never once been late and every driver has always been super kind and courteous.
There have been times where I’ve used them for other occasions, including an amazing holiday light tour last year, and I’ve always been pleased. It’s nice to not have to shop around — their rates are competitive and fair.
