I help buyers find the right house to fit their needs, and I help home sellers maximize offers when selling their home. I have experience in home staging and other tips that will help maximize the amount sellers can get for their house, while minimizing the length of time it takes to get through the selling process.

I have experience with traditional sales, short sales, bank repos, conventional loans, FHA loans, and VA loans. I’ve sold properties throughout Northern California, including Sacramento County, Placer County, El Dorado County, Yolo County, San Joaquin County, Solano County, and Contra Costa County.

History

Established in 2006.

I got my Real Estate License right as the market peaked and took a nose dive for several years. There were some bad years in there for real estate, but I made it through to the other side and can’t imagine doing anything else.

I’ve done everything from gutted foreclosure condos for $ 20,000 in the dark days of the recession, to luxury estates for more than $ 2 million.

I also have experience in the renovation/​flipping business. I’ve done hundreds of BPOs, cost of renovations estimates, and assisted in more than 100 successful property flips.
