If you have to go to an AT&T store Rutland Vermont is the perfect location because they don’t have the long customer wait times. I’ve been to AT&T stores in Los Angeles, NYC, Lebanon NH, Short Hills NJ, and Palm Beach Gardens FL. Rutland Vermont has the best store and the best customer service. If you happen to be traveling in Vermont or live in Vermont make your appointment online and request Alex (or stop in and request Alex). He is personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. He did a flawless cross-​upgrade for me, recommended the tempered glass screen for my new iPhone 6S, and a leather wallet style case. Thanks Alex!
